Claims (6)
- ガイドレール(1)に静圧で支えたガイドキャリッジ(2)を有し、ガイドキャリッジ(2)がガイドレール(1)に面した側に、作動油を働かせるための複数個の圧力ポケット(9)を備えており、圧力ポケット(9)への体積流量の調整のためのスロットル(11)が設けられている静圧異形レールガイドにおいて、
ガイドキャリッジ(1)に組込み部材として形成されたスロットル(11)が各圧力ポケット(9)ごとに設けられていることを特徴とする静圧異形レールガイド。 - ガイドキャリッジ(1)が作動油を供給する外部圧力源のための、すべてのスロットル(11)に接続された共同の集合接続部(12)を有する請求項1に記載の静圧異形レールガイド。
- ガイドキャリッジ(1)が圧力ポケット(9)を備えた支持体(10a)及び支持体(10a)の端面側に配置された頭部片(10)を有し、スロットル(11)が頭部片(10)に組み込まれている上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の静圧異形レールガイド。
- 頭部片(10)が一方で集合接続部(12)に、他方ではスロットル(11)の1つにそれぞれ接続された供給路(13)を備えている請求項3に記載の静圧異形レールガイド。
- スロットル(11)が毛管形スロットル又はダイヤフラム形スロットルからなる請求項1に記載の静圧異形レールガイド。
- スロットル(11)がガイドキャリッジ(1)の横断面輪郭の内部に配置されている請求項1に記載の静圧異形レールガイド。
