Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 触媒プロセスにおいて利用される有機金属触媒を失活させる方法であって、プロセス反応器の触媒含有出口流を加熱装置内において少なくとも160℃の温度に曝すことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記プロセス反応器内で行われるプロセスが、エチレンの均一触媒オリゴマー化、オキソ合成または液相重合であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスがエチレンのオリゴマー化であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記触媒が有機酸のジルコニウム塩および少なくとも1種類の有機アルミニウム化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ジルコニウム塩が化学式ZrCl4-mXmを有し、ここで、X=OCORまたはOSO3R’であり、RおよびR’が独立してアルキル、アルケンまたはフェニルであり、0<m<4であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種類のアルミニウム化合物が、Al(C2H5)3、Al2Cl3(C2H5)3、またはAlCl(C2H5)2であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記加熱装置が、薄膜型蒸発器または熱交換器およびフラッシュドラムであることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記出口流が、溶媒、触媒、溶解しているエチレンおよび線状アルファオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする請求項3から7いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、トルエン、ベンゼンおよびヘプタンから選択されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 失活された触媒が前記出口流から分離されることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記加熱装置内の前記触媒含有出口流の滞留時間が約1ミリ秒から約1分であることを特徴とする請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 反応器と、該反応器の触媒含有出口流を少なくとも160℃の温度に加熱するためのそこに連結された加熱装置を含む、触媒プロセスのための反応装置系。
- 前記加熱装置が、薄膜型蒸発器または熱交換器およびフラッシュドラムであることを特徴とする請求項12記載の反応装置系。
