Abstract
【解決手段】接着体1は被着体2と接着剤層4を備えている。接着体1は超音波振動付与装置3の工具ホーン6とアンビル7とに挟まれて超音波振動が付与される。工具ホーン6は被着体2に重ねられる。アンビル7は重なる方向としての矢印Zに対して交差する方向Xに沿って接着体1が移動することを規制し矢印Zに沿って移動することを許容する挟持部9を備えている。

Description
ポリウレタン系、シリコーンゴム系、変成シリコーン系等が挙げられる。他にも紫外線、電子線等で架橋反応を起こしたり逆に嫌気条件でのみで硬化するものも挙げられる。特に、変成シリコーン系とエポキシ系の併用は粘弾性の適宜設計変更が自由に行い易いという点で好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 被着体とこの被着体に積層された接着剤層とを備えた接着体の前記被着体に超音波振動する工具ホーンを重ねて前記接着剤層から前記被着体を分離する方法において、
前記被着体と前記接着剤層との双方を、前記工具ホーンが前記被着体に重なる方向に対して交差する方向に移動することを規制して、前記接着剤層に超音波振動を作用することにより、前記接着剤層から前記被着体を分離することを特徴とする接着体の分離方法。 - 前記被着体と前記接着剤層との双方が、前記重なる方向に沿って移動することを許容して、前記接着剤層に超音波振動を作用することにより、前記接着剤層から前記被着体を分離することを特徴とする請求項1記載の接着体の分離方法。
- 前記接着体の前記工具ホーンが重なる部分の中央部から外縁に向かうにしたがって前記工具ホーンから前記接着剤層に超音波振動が徐々に伝わることを規制して、前記接着剤層に超音波振動を作用することにより、前記接着剤層から前記被着体を分離することを特徴とする請求項2記載の接着体の分離方法。
- 被着体とこの被着体に積層された接着剤層とを備えた接着体の前記被着体に重ねられる超音波振動する工具ホーンと、前記工具ホーンとの間に前記接着体を挟むアンビルとを備えた前記接着剤層から前記被着体を分離する分離装置において、
前記被着体と前記接着剤層との双方を、前記工具ホーンが前記被着体に重なる方向に対して交差する方向に移動することを規制する規制部を備えたことを特徴とする接着体の分離装置。
