Abstract
【解決手段】接着体1は一対の被着体2と接着剤層4を備えている。接着剤層4は一対の被着体2を互いに接合している。接着体1は超音波振動付与装置3の工具ホーン6とアンビル7とに挟まれて超音波振動が付与される。超音波振動は圧電振動子5に電圧を印加することにより生じ工具ホーン6を振動させる。工具ホーン6は一方の被着体2とともに超音波振動する。一対の被着体2は超音波振動により相対的に移動する。超音波振動により接着剤層4が加熱され強度が低下する。超音波振動により強度が低下した接着剤層4を有した接着体1の被着体2を互いに離す。一対の被着体2を互いに分離する。

Description
(住まいのセキスイボンド(商品名)#72−A(積水化学工業社製))を用いている。被着体2にポリカーボネイト(50×10×2mm)を用い、接着剤層4の厚みを1mm、接着面積1cm2で接着し、20℃下で1週間養生した。その後、300℃の電気炉で接着体1を1分間、加熱処理した。その後、接着体1の被着体2を図4中の矢印K1,K2に沿って互いに分離した。このときの力(接着剤層4の剪断力)を測定した。

Claims (5)
- 接着剤層により互いに接着された一対の被着体を備えた接着体の一対の被着体を互いに分離する方法において、
前記一対の被着体のうち少なくとも一方を介して、接着剤層に超音波振動を作用することにより、前記一対の被着体を互いに分離することを特徴とする接着体の分離方法。 - 圧電振動子に電圧を印加して、この圧電振動子を振動させることにより前記超音波振動を発生して、前記一対の被着体のうち少なくとも一方に接触する工具ホーンを介して、前記接着剤層に伝えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着体の分離方法。
- 前記超音波振動が、前記一対の被着体が互いに重なる方向に沿って振動することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の接着体の分離方法。
- 前記超音波振動が、前記一対の被着体が互いに重なる方向に対し直交する方向に沿って振動することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の接着体の分離方法。
- 前記接着剤層が反応型接着剤からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の接着体の分離方法。
