Claims (3)
- アンビルと複数のホーンとを備えた超音波接合装置により、被接合部材を接合する超音波接合方法において、
前記アンビルに支持された前記被接合部材に対して、前記複数のホーンにより圧力を加えることで、前記アンビルと前記複数のホーンとの間で前記被接合部材を保持し、
前記アンビルと前記複数のホーンとの間に前記被接合部材を保持した後に、前記複数のホーンのうち一のホーンを超音波で振動させて、前記被接合部材を接合し、
前記一のホーンの超音波振動による接合の後に、前記複数のホーンのうち他のホーンを超音波で振動させて、前記被接合部材を接合する
ことを特徴とする超音波接合方法。 - 請求項1記載の超音波接合方法において、
前記他のホーンにより前記被接合部材を接合する工程では、前記一のホーンにより圧力を加えることで、前記アンビルと前記一のホーンとの間に前記被接合部材を保持した状態で、前記他のホーンを超音波で振動させる
ことを特徴とする超音波接合方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の超音波接合方法において、
前記被接合部材と接触する前記他のホーンの接触面積は、前記被接合部材と接触する前記一のホーンの接触面積より大きい
ことを特徴とする超音波接合方法。
