Abstract
【解決手段】弾性を有する合成樹脂から形成したケーシング11の円筒部12内に外輪21が嵌め合わされる。ロック時、カム面26の外径部が径方向外向きへ変位する際、ケーシング11の内周部が径方向外向きに弾性変形して、ローラの押し付け力が吸収され、軸20の外周面を押し付ける力が軽減することで、軸20の外周面の磨耗が抑制される。

Claims (4)
- 円筒状のケーシング(11)内に嵌まり合う外輪(21)の内周面に周方向に間隔をおいて複数のポケット(25)が設けられ、そのポケット(25)にローラ(22)が挿入され、前記ポケット(25)の底面に軸(20)との間で回転の一方向を向いたくさび角を形成するカム面(26)が設けられ、前記ローラ(22)を前記カム面(26)の狭小方向に付勢するばね(23)が前記各ポケット(25)に収納されてなる一方向クラッチにおいて、
前記ケーシング(11)が合成樹脂で形成され、前記ケーシング(11)は、前記軸(20)と前記外輪(21)が一方向に相対回転し前記ローラ(22)が前記ポケット(25)のカム面(26)と前記軸(20)の外周面との間に噛み込むときに発生する衝撃を吸収する衝撃吸収機構を有することを特徴とする一方向クラッチ。 - 前記ケーシング(11)は、少なくともその内周部が弾性を有しており、前記ケーシング(11)の内周部が前記衝撃吸収機構とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の一方向クラッチ。
- 前記ケーシング(11)内に一体に嵌め合わされた円筒体(18)が、弾性を有する合成樹脂により形成され、前記円筒体(18)が前記ケーシング(11)の内周部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の一方向クラッチ。
- 前記ケーシング(11)は、同心状に間隔をおいて配置された外側円筒部(12a)と内側円筒部(12b)と、その両円筒部(12a、12b)の間に一体に設けられた複数の径方向のリブ(12c)とから形成され、前記内側円筒部(12b)がケーシング(11)の内周部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の一方向クラッチ。
