Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるマルチレベルインバータは、入力交流電源を直流に変換するコンバータ部と、コンバータで変換された直流電源を平滑(rectification)するフィルムキャパシタと、平滑された直流電源をパルス幅変調制御信号に応じて3相電流に変換して出力するインバータ部と、インバータ部から出力される電流を検出する電流検出器と、検出された電流を用いて電圧を指示する命令及び周波数を指示する命令を生成するパワーセル主制御器と、前記命令に係る電圧及び周波数を用いてパルス幅変調制御信号を発生するパルス幅変調制御器と、を含む。

Claims (8)
- 入力交流電源を直流に変換するコンバータ部と、
前記コンバータで変換された直流電源を平滑(rectification)するフィルムキャパシタと、
前記平滑された直流電源をパルス幅変調制御信号に応じて3相電流に変換して出力するインバータ部と、
前記インバータ部から出力される電流を検出する電流検出器と、
前記検出された電流を用いて電圧を指示する命令及び周波数を指示する命令を生成するパワーセル主制御器と、
前記命令に係る電圧及び周波数を用いてパルス幅変調制御信号を発生するパルス幅変調制御器と、を含んでなることを特徴とするマルチレベルインバータ。 - 入力変圧器をさらに含み、
前記入力変圧器の二次側はジグザグ結線または拡張デルタ結線により多数のタップを有し、前記入力変圧器の出力電源は前記入力交流電源に入力されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチレベルインバータ。 - 前記インバータ部は、MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)、IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)及びGTO(Gate Turn Off Thyristor)のうち、いずれか一つの素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチレベルインバータ。
- 前記インバータ部は、MOSFET(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor)、IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)及びGTO(Gate Turn Off Thyristor)のうち、一つの素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマルチレベルインバータ。
- 位相シフト変圧器をさらに含んでなり、前記位相シフト変圧器の出力電源が前記入力交流電源として入力されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチレベルインバータ。
- 前記位相シフト変圧器は所定のインダクタンス値を有し、前記インダクタンス値と前記フィルムキャパシタのキャパシタンス値との関係は1:3であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマルチレベルインバータ。
- 前記インバータ部のスイッチングによる高調波遮断周波数はインバータで用いられるスイッチング周波数の1/5乃至1/2の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチレベルインバータ。
- 前記スイッチング周波数が1kHzであるとき、インバータ部のスイッチングによる高調波遮断周波数は200乃至500Hzであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマルチレベルインバータ。
