Abstract
【解決手段】回転軸6と螺旋状の回転羽根5とを有して内部に流入した坏土を混練しつつ圧送するスクリュー4を含むドラム2を備え、スクリュー4が、ドラム2内部の供給口20側に設けられ、坏土を混連しつつ圧送する昇圧部10と、ドラム2内部の押出口側20に設けられ、坏土を円柱状にまとめるための整流部11と、を有し、整流部11が、回転軸6中心線を通る平面上の断面形状での押出口20側の面と、回転軸6中心線とのなす角度を押出口20に近づくに従って漸次減少するように設けられた整流用回転羽根7を有し、整流用回転羽根7の回転軸6方向の間隔が、昇圧部10における回転羽根5の回転軸6方向の間隔より長く設けられた土練機1である。

Claims (6)
- セラミックス原料を含む坏土が内部に流入される供給口と、前記坏土が柱状体として押出される押出口と、回転軸と前記回転軸に沿った螺旋状の回転羽根とを有して前記回転羽根の回転により内部に流入した前記坏土を混練しつつ圧送するスクリューと、を含むドラムを備え、
前記スクリューが、前記ドラム内部の前記供給口側に設けられ、前記坏土を混連しつつ圧送する昇圧部と、前記ドラム内部の前記押出口側に設けられ、前記回転軸に沿って圧送された螺旋状の前記坏土を円柱状にまとめるための整流部と、を有し、
前記整流部が、前記回転軸中心線を通る平面上の断面形状での前記押出口側の面と、前記回転軸中心線とのなす角度を前記押出口に近づくに従って漸次減少するように設けられた整流用回転羽根を有し、
前記整流用回転羽根の前記回転軸方向の間隔が、前記昇圧部における前記回転羽根の前記回転軸方向の間隔より長く設けられた土練機。 - 前記整流用回転羽根の前記回転軸方向の間隔が、前記押出口に近づくに従って漸次増加するように設けられた請求項1に記載の土練機。
- 前記整流用回転羽根が、前記回転軸と垂直方向の断面形状において、前記回転軸中心線に対して回転対称となるように2条設けられた請求項1または2に記載の土練機。
- 前記整流用回転羽根が、前記回転軸と垂直方向の断面形状において、前記押出口に近づくに従って前記ドラムの径方向外側へ向かって漸次縮小するとともに、前記ドラム内壁に沿って伸張するように設けられた請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の土練機。
- 前記整流用回転羽根が、前記回転軸と垂直方向の断面形状において、前記押出口に近づくに従って前記ドラムの径方向外側へ向かって漸次縮小するとともに、前記ドラム内壁に沿って伸張して、前記押出口において円弧状になるように設けられた請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の土練機。
- 前期整流用回転羽根の前記押出口から0〜30cmの範囲における回転の1周期分に伴って前記押出口側に圧送される体積を一定とした請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の土練機。
