Abstract
【解決手段】分子構造の一端にアミノ基を有する窒素含有化合物が担体に担持され、この窒素含有化合物に亜鉛イオンまたは鉄イオンが固定化されたリン化合物吸着材1を充填した吸着塔2にリンを含む被処理水Aを通水してリン化合物吸着材にリンを吸着させた後、前記吸着塔2に脱離用の薬液を供給して吸着したリンを液中に脱離させて回収する。

Claims (11)
- 分子構造の一端にアミノ基を有する窒素含有化合物が担体に担持され、この窒素含有化合物に亜鉛イオンまたは鉄イオンが固定化されたリン化合物吸着材を充填した吸着塔にリンを含む被処理水を通水してリン化合物吸着材にリンを吸着させた後、前記吸着塔に脱離用の薬液を供給して、前記吸着したリンを液中に脱離させて回収することを特徴とするリン回収方法。
- 脱離後のリン化合物吸着材をリン吸着可能な状態に再生し、リンの吸着と脱離を繰り返し行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のリン回収方法。
- 複数個並列に接続された吸着塔の一つに被処理水を通水してリンを吸着させている間に、他の吸着塔ではリンの脱離またはリン化合物吸着材の再生処理を行うことにより、被処理水の連続処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のリン回収方法。
- 吸着塔の被処理水出口における被処理水のリン濃度を計測し、このリン濃度が上限値以上になった場合に、この被処理水出口を有する吸着塔をリン脱離処理に移行させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のリン回収方法。
- 吸着塔にリンを含む被処理水を通水してリン化合物吸着材にリンを吸着させるリン吸着処理時間が、予め設定した時間経過すると、リン吸着処理を行っていた吸着塔をリン脱離処理に移行させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のリン回収方法。
- 分子構造の一端にアミノ基を有する窒素含有化合物が担体に担持され、この窒素含有化合物に亜鉛イオンまたは鉄イオンが固定化されたリン化合物吸着材を充填した吸着塔と、
この吸着塔にリンを含む被処理水を通水させ、前記リン化合物吸着材にリンを吸着させる被処理水通水系統と、
前記吸着塔に脱離用の薬液を供給して吸着したリンを液中に脱離させる脱離用薬液供給系統と
を備えたことを特徴とするリン回収システム。 - 吸着したリンを液中に脱離させるために供給される脱離用の薬液として、塩基性脱離液を用いることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリン回収システム。
- リンを脱離したリン化合物吸着材を酸性再生液により再生処理することを特徴とする請求項7記載のリン回収システム。
- 吸着したリンを液中に脱離させるための脱離用の薬液及びリンを脱離したリン化合物吸着材の再生処理液に中性脱離液を用いることを特徴とする請求項6記載のリン回収システム。
- 液中に溶出したリンを固形物として析出する析出装置を備えたことを特徴とする請求項6乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載のリン回収システム。
- 析出装置で使用され、弧液分離装置で分離された薬液を再び脱離用薬液供給系統に流して再利用することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のリン回収システム。
