Abstract
【解決手段】通電部(45)の外周面を被覆する被覆部(46)と、被覆部(46)の電源側端部が筒底部(41a)で支持された筒状部(41)とを有する絶縁部材(40)により、通電部(45)をケーシング(11)に取り付けることで、放電噴霧部(20)や荷電集塵部(30)から通電部(45)を介してケーシング(11)に到達するまでの絶縁距離を長く確保する。

前記絶縁部材(40)は、
前記通電部(45)の外周面を被覆する被覆部(46)と、
有底筒状に形成され、その開口側端部が前記空気通路(15)内に位置するように前記ケーシング(11)に取り付けられるとともに、前記通電部(45)が筒内を通って筒軸方向に延びるように前記被覆部(46)の電源側端部が筒底部(41a)で支持された筒状部(41)とを有していることを特徴とするものである。
前記被覆部(46)における前記筒状部(41)の開口側端部よりも筒内側の所定位置には、該被覆部(46)の外周面に沿って筒内側に向かう水の流入を抑制するフランジ部(46a)が設けられていることを特徴とするものである。
前記絶縁部材(40)の筒状部(41)は、その開口側端部が下方に傾斜した姿勢で前記ケーシング(11)に取り付けられていることを特徴とするものである。
前記通電部(45)は、前記絶縁部材(40)を介して水平な姿勢で前記ケーシング(11)に取り付けられ、
前記筒状部(41)の内周面における最下部には、筒軸方向に延び且つ開口側端部に向かって下方に傾斜する排水溝(42)が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。
前記筒状部(41)の内周面における筒軸方向の所定位置には、筒内径方向に突出して、該筒状部(41)の内周面に沿って筒内側に向かう水の流入を抑制する突出部(43)が設けられていることを特徴とするものである。
前記筒状部(41)の筒底部(41a)には、前記ケーシング(11)外部から前記空気通路(15)内に空気を導入するための空気孔(44)が形成されていることを特徴とするものである。
次に、本実施形態に係る空気処理装置(10)の運転動作について説明する。空気処理装置(10)の運転時には、送風ファン(14)及び水循環ポンプ(52)が運転状態となる。また、電源(23)から通電部(45)を介して噴霧ノズル(21)及び放電電極(22)へ電圧が印加され、電源(34)から第1電極板(31)及び第2電極板(32)へ電圧が印加される。
ところで、上述した運転動作においては、空気中に含まれるオイルミストが集塵電極部(31b)の表面に次々と付着していくため、集塵電極部(30b)の表面(特に集塵面)が油等で覆われてしまうおそれがある。このように集塵面が汚れてしまうと、塵埃の捕捉に寄与する有効な表面積が小さくなり、オイルミスト等の集塵性能が低下してしまう。そこで、本実施形態では、噴霧ノズル(21)の噴霧水を利用して集塵電極部(31b)を洗浄するようにしている。

Claims (6)
- 水滴が供給されるケーシング(11)内の空気通路(15)に配設され、電圧を印加することで放電を行う放電処理部(20,30)を備えた空気処理装置であって、
前記ケーシング(11)外部の電源(23,34)と前記放電処理部(20,30)とを電気的に接続して該放電処理部(20,30)に対して電圧を印加するとともに、絶縁性を有する絶縁部材(40)を介して該ケーシング(11)に取り付けられた通電部(45)を備え、
前記絶縁部材(40)は、
前記通電部(45)の外周面を被覆する被覆部(46)と、
有底筒状に形成され、その開口側端部が前記空気通路(15)内に位置するように前記ケーシング(11)に取り付けられるとともに、前記通電部(45)が筒内を通って筒軸方向に延びるように前記被覆部(46)の電源側端部が筒底部(41a)で支持された筒状部(41)とを有していることを特徴とする空気処理装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記被覆部(46)における前記筒状部(41)の開口側端部よりも筒内側の所定位置には、該被覆部(46)の外周面に沿って筒内側に向かう水の流入を抑制するフランジ部(46a)が設けられていることを特徴とする空気処理装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記絶縁部材(40)の筒状部(41)は、その開口側端部が下方に傾斜した姿勢で前記ケーシング(11)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする空気処理装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記通電部(45)は、前記絶縁部材(40)を介して水平な姿勢で前記ケーシング(11)に取り付けられ、
前記筒状部(41)の内周面における最下部には、筒軸方向に延び且つ開口側端部に向かって下方に傾斜する排水溝(42)が形成されていることを特徴とする空気処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のうち何れか1項において、
前記筒状部(41)の内周面における筒軸方向の所定位置には、筒内径方向に突出して、該筒状部(41)の内周面に沿って筒内側に向かう水の流入を抑制する突出部(43)が設けられていることを特徴とする空気処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1項において、
前記筒状部(41)の筒底部(41a)には、前記ケーシング(11)外部から前記空気通路(15)内に空気を導入するための空気孔(44)が形成されていることを特徴とする空気処理装置。
