Abstract
【解決手段】空気洗浄器10は、除去対象物質を含有する被処理空気PAに第1の洗浄液sw1を接触させる上流側気液接触部12Aと、上流側気液接触部12Aを通過した被処理空気QAに、被処理空気PA、QAに接触していない第2の洗浄液sw2を接触させる下流側気液接触部12Bと、除去対象物質を奪った第2の処理済洗浄液tw2中の除去対象物質の濃度を検出する検出器36と、第1の処理済洗浄液tw1と第2の処理済洗浄液tw2とを含んだ混合洗浄液mwを第1の洗浄液sw1として上流側気液接触部12Aに供給する循環管21と、検出器36の検出結果が所定の範囲に収束するように混合洗浄液mw中の除去対象物質の濃度を希釈する混合洗浄液希釈手段23、29、33、39とを備える。

Claims (2)
- 除去対象物質を含有する被処理空気に第1の洗浄液を接触させる上流側気液接触部と;
前記上流側気液接触部を通過した前記被処理空気に、前記被処理空気に接触していない第2の洗浄液を接触させる下流側気液接触部と;
前記下流側気液接触部で前記被処理空気から前記除去対象物質を奪った前記第2の洗浄液である第2の処理済洗浄液中の前記除去対象物質の濃度を検出する検出器と;
前記上流側気液接触部で前記被処理空気から前記除去対象物質を奪った前記第1の洗浄液である第1の処理済洗浄液と、前記第2の処理済洗浄液とを含んだ混合洗浄液を、前記第1の洗浄液として前記上流側気液接触部に供給する循環管と;
前記検出器の検出結果が所定の範囲に収束するように前記混合洗浄液中の前記除去対象物質の濃度を希釈する混合洗浄液希釈手段とを備える;

前記第1の処理済洗浄液を前記第2の処理済洗浄液に混合させずに系外に排出する排出管と、
前記排出管に配設され、前記検出器の検出結果に応じて系外に排出する前記第1の処理済洗浄液の量を調節するバルブと、
前記被処理空気に接触していない第3の洗浄液を前記混合洗浄液に供給する供給管とを含んで構成された;
