Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の溶銑の脱硫処理方法は、CaO系脱硫剤6を使用して機械攪拌式脱硫装置で溶銑3を脱硫処理するに際し、インペラー4によって攪拌されている溶銑に、CaO系脱硫剤を、3段階以上に分割し且つ3分間以上の間隔を隔てて、上置き添加して脱硫する。

Claims (2)
- CaO系脱硫剤を使用して機械攪拌式脱硫装置で溶銑を脱硫処理するに際し、インペラーによって攪拌されている溶銑に、CaO系脱硫剤を、3段階以上に分割し且つ3分間以上の間隔を隔てて、上置き添加することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫処理方法。
- CaO系脱硫剤の各段階での添加量を、直前の段階での添加量に対して同等かまたは同等未満とし、全体的には脱硫処理時間の経過に伴って少なくなるように設定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の脱硫処理方法。
