このフィラー顔料は基材粒子または基材粒子の混合物を水に懸濁させ、加水分解型のバリウム塩をそれぞれ少なくとも2種の異なる金属塩溶液または金属塩およびケイ酸塩溶液、好ましくはケイ酸ナトリウム溶液に加水分解に適したpHにおいて加え、硫酸バリウムおよび金属酸化物もしくは金属酸化物水酸化物が、基材上に直接沈殿し、2次的沈殿が起こらないように選択して製造される。pHは通常塩基および/または酸を定量加えながら同時に一定に保たれる。顔料を続いて分離し、洗浄し、一般的に50〜150℃で6〜18時間乾燥し、任意に5〜20分間されるが、ここで焼成温度は各々の場合に存在するコーティングに対して最適化することができる。一般的に、焼成温度は500℃と1000℃の間、好ましくは600℃と900℃の間である。所望により、顔料は硫酸バリウム塗膜の塗布後に分離し、乾燥および任意に焼成した上でさらに金属酸化物層を沈殿させるために再懸濁させることができる。
‐ 乳液は0.1〜30重量%、特に1〜15重量%含有し、
‐ 顔料含有乳液は質感にもよるが0.1〜50重量%、特に1〜15重量%含有し、
‐ 練り歯磨きは0.1〜60重量%、特に1〜50%重量含有し、
‐ 水を含まない油/蝋ベース製品は0.1〜75重量%、特に0.5〜65重量%含有し、
‐ 粉末製品は0.1〜95重量%、特に1〜75重量%含有する。
BaCl2 41.9gを、白雲母(<15μm)100gを脱イオン水1400gに懸濁させた液に溶解し、攪拌しながら75℃まで加熱する。続いて、硫酸ナトリウム溶液280g(Na2SO4を10重量%含む)をの投入速度5ml/分で加える。塩酸(HClを10重量%含む)を加えてpHを1.8に調整した後、塩酸溶液(HClを37重量%含む)11.7gと塩化スズ溶液(SnCl4を50重量%含む)18gを脱イオン水296gで希釈したものを60分(間)かけて加える。続いて、四塩化チタン溶液371g(TiCl4を32重量%含む)を投入速度1.5ml/分で加える。塩化スズおよび塩化チタン溶液を加える間、同時に水酸化ナトリウム溶液(NaOHを32重量%含む)を加えることでpHを一定に保つ。塩化チタン溶液を加えたのち、水酸化ナトリウム溶液によりpHを5.0にまで上昇させ、15分間以上攪拌する。できた製品を濾過し、脱イオン水10Lで洗浄し、110℃で12時間乾燥することで分離する。最後に製品を850℃で焼成し、40μmのふるいにかける。得られた化粧品用フィラーは輝く粉末色と優れた皮膚感触を示す。
相Aの原料を混合が均一に行なわれるまですりつぶす。次に溶解前の相Bを加え相A/Bの全体が均一になるまで再びすりつぶす。全量を皿に入れ、所望の圧力で圧縮する。直径36mmの皿に対する圧力は約25バールである。得られたフェイスパウダーは明るく透明な調合品である。絹雲母は質感をよりなめらかにし、さらに実施例1によるフィラー顔料およびロナスフィア(登録商標)LDPがかすかなつや消しと光反射効果を有する。

Claims (12)
- 小板状基材が硫酸バリウムと少なくとも2種の金属酸化物および/または金属水酸化物とで被覆されていることを特徴とするフィラー顔料。
- 前記基材が天然または合成の雲母、ドープされたまたはドープされていないAl2O3薄片、ドープされたまたはドープされていないSiO2薄片、タルク、カオリン、ドープされたまたはドープされていないガラス薄片あるいはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィラー顔料。
- 前記金属酸化物および/または金属水酸化物がTiO2,SnO2,ZnO,Fe2O3,Fe3O4,SiO2,Al2O3およびZrO2から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフィラー顔料。
- 前記基材が2〜2000のアスペクト比を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料。
- 硫酸バリウムの量が基材ベースで5〜200重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料。
- 前記基材が下記の層構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料:

層: BaSO4+金属酸化物1+金属酸化物2の混合物。 - 前記フィラー顔料の表面がSiO2の層で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料。
- 前記フィラー顔料が小板状基材の表面に下記のコーティングを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料:
基材+SnO2+TiO2+BaSO4
基材+SnO2の混合物+TiO2+BaSO4
基材+SnO2の混合物+TiO2+BaSO4+最上部にSiO2の層
基材+SiO2+TiO2+BaSO4
基材+SiO2+SnO2+BaSO4
基材+SnO2+TiO2+BaSO4+カーミンレッド
基材+SnO2+TiO2+BaSO4+プルシアンブルー
基材+SnO2+BaSO4/TiO2
基材+SnO2+TiO2+BaSO4+SiO2
基材+BaSO4+SnO2+TiO2+SiO2
基材+Al2O3+BaSO4+SnO2+SiO2

基材+ZnO+Al2O3+BaSO4。 - 前記基材が水溶液中に懸濁し、バリウム塩および少なくとも2種の金属塩溶液を、加水分解に適していて、硫酸バリウムおよび金属酸化物および/または水酸化物が基材上に直接沈殿するように選択されたpHで加えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料。
- 塗料、ラッカー、インク、印刷用インク、プラスチックおよび化粧調合品における請求項1〜8の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料の使用。
- 請求項1〜8の少なくとも1項に記載のフィラー顔料を95重量%以下含む化粧調合品。
- フィラー顔料に加えて、吸収剤、収斂剤、抗菌物質、抗酸化物質、制汗剤、消泡剤、ふけ予防の活性成分、静電防止剤、結合剤、生物学的作用物質、漂白剤、キレート剤、消臭剤、皮膚軟化剤、乳化剤、乳化安定剤、染料、保湿剤、 塗膜形成要素、フィラー、香気物質、風味物質、虫よけ、保存料、防食剤、整髪油、溶媒、酸化剤、野菜成分、緩衝物質、還元剤、界面活性剤、高圧ガス、乳白剤、UVフィルターおよびUV吸収剤、 変性剤、粘性調節剤、香料およびビタミンの群から選択された少なくとも1種の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の化粧調合品。
