Abstract
【解決手段】内周に複列の外側転走面26,27が形成された外輪25と、外周に外輪の外側転走面に対向する内側転走面28,29が形成された一対の内輪24A、24Bと、外輪25の外側転走面26,27と内輪24A、24Bの内側転走面28,29との間に転動自在に収容された転動体30とを有する転がり軸受2を備えた車輪用軸受装置である。アウタ側の転動体30のピッチ円直径とインナ側の転動体30のピッチ円直径とを相違させた。外輪25と内輪24A、24Bとの少なくとも一方を、プレス加工又はローリング加工を含む塑性加工品にて成形した。

Claims (6)
- 内周に複列の外側転走面が形成された外輪と、外周に外輪の外側転走面に対向する内側転走面が形成された一対の内輪と、外輪の外側転走面と内輪の内側転走面との間に転動自在に収容された転動体とを有する転がり軸受を備え、アウタ側の転動体のピッチ円直径とインナ側の転動体のピッチ円直径とを相違させた車輪用軸受装置であって、前記外輪と内輪との少なくとも一方を、プレス加工又はローリング加工を含む塑性加工品にて成形したことを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記塑性加工品は塑性加工前に球状化焼鈍が施されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- アウタ側の転動体のピッチ円直径をインナ側の転動体のピッチ円直径よりも大きく設定するとともに、外輪のアウタ側の転走面における溝底から肩部までの高さを、外輪のインナ側の転走面における溝底から肩部までの高さよりも大きく設定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- ハブ輪と複列の転がり軸受と等速自在継手とがユニット化された車輪用軸受装置であって、前記転がり軸受の内輪がハブ輪の軸部に外嵌されるとともに、ハブ輪の軸部のインナ側の端部を外径側へ加締めてその加締部をインナ側の内輪のインナ側端面に係合させたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記外輪の外径面をナックルに圧入される嵌合面とするとともに、圧入力でもって外輪をナックルに固定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記外輪の外径面のナックルへの圧入前に装着されて外輪の抜けを規制する規制手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の車輪用軸受装置。
