Abstract
【解決手段】第1セパレータ14には、第1燃料ガス流路36と燃料ガス出口連通孔32bとを連通する出口側第1連結流路80bが設けられるとともに、第2セパレータ18には、第2燃料ガス流路58と前記燃料ガス出口連通孔32bとを連通する出口側第2連結流路92bが設けられる。出口側第1連結流路80bと出口側第2連結流路92bとは、同一のセパレータ面内に配置される外側通路88aと外側通路100aとを有するとともに、前記外側通路88aと前記外側通路100aとは、同一のセパレータ面内に交互に独立して形成される。

Claims (4)
- 電解質の両側に一対の電極が配設される少なくとも第1及び第2電解質・電極構造体を有し、第1セパレータ、前記第1電解質・電極構造体、第2セパレータ、前記第2電解質・電極構造体及び第3セパレータの順に積層される複数の発電ユニットを設け、前記発電ユニットを貫通して少なくとも燃料ガス又は酸化剤ガスである一方の反応ガスを流すための反応ガス連通孔が形成されるとともに、各発電ユニット間には、冷却媒体を流す冷却媒体流路が形成される燃料電池であって、
前記第1セパレータには、前記一方の反応ガスを前記第1電解質・電極構造体の一方の電極面方向に沿って供給する第1反応ガス流路と、
前記反応ガス連通孔と前記第1反応ガス流路とを連通する第1連結流路と、
が設けられ、
前記第2セパレータには、前記一方の反応ガスを前記第2電解質・電極構造体の一方の電極面方向に沿って供給する第2反応ガス流路と、
前記反応ガス連通孔と前記第2反応ガス流路とを連通する第2連結流路と、
が設けられ、
前記第1連結流路と前記第2連結流路とは、少なくとも同一のセパレータ面内に配置される部位が互いに独立し且つ前記セパレータ面内の平面位置が異なって形成されることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池において、前記第1連結流路と前記第2連結流路とは、少なくとも同一のセパレータ面内に配置される部位が交互に形成されることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池において、前記第1連結流路は、前記第1セパレータを貫通して前記反応ガス連通孔と前記第1反応ガス流路とを連通する複数の第1孔部を有し、
前記第2連結流路は、前記第2セパレータを貫通して前記反応ガス連通孔と前記第2反応ガス流路とを連通する複数の第2孔部を有することを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項3記載の燃料電池において、前記第1孔部は、前記反応ガスの流れ方向に交差する方向に2列に配置されるとともに、
前記第2孔部は、前記反応ガスの流れ方向に交差する方向に1列に配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池。
