Abstract
【解決手段】表面層間から流出した溶着バリの幅を表面層の表面にて充分に小さい幅に規制し、そして溶融端全体ではなくて流出した溶着バリのみを冷却して、溶融端全体が未だ充分に冷却されていない間に溶着バリを切除する。

Description
該2個の枠部材の相互に接合すべき端を加熱溶融し、溶融された該端を相互に押し付け、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該2個の枠部材の、相互に押し付けられた該端において、該表面層間から流出した溶着バリの幅を該表面層表面にて0.2乃至0.6mmに規制し、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該表面層間から流出した該溶着バリを冷却し、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該溶着バリを該表面層表面から切除し、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該端を冷却する、
ことを特徴とする枠部材接合方法が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 主層と該主層の表面に積層された表面層とから構成されている2個の合成樹脂製枠部材を相互に接合する枠部材接合方法にして、
該2個の枠部材の相互に接合すべき端を加熱溶融し、溶融された該端を相互に押し付け、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該2個の枠部材の、相互に押し付けられた該端において、該表面層間から流出した溶着バリの幅を該表面層表面にて0.2乃至0.6mmに規制し、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該表面層間から流出した該溶着バリを冷却し、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該溶着バリを該表面層表面から切除し、
該端の相互押付を維持しながら、該端を冷却する、
ことを特徴とする枠部材接合方法。 - 該表面層間から流出した該溶着バリに冷風を噴射して該溶着バリを冷却する、請求項1記載の枠部材接合方法。
- 該主層は厚さが2乃至4mmであるポリ塩化ビニル樹脂であり、該表面層は厚さが0.1乃至0.6mmであるアクリル樹脂である、請求項1又は2記載の枠部材接合方法。
