Abstract
【解決手段】相互に電気的に連結される複数個の単位電池と、単位電池にそれぞれ対応して単位電池を収容する複数個の貫通ホールが形成されたハウジング110と、ハウジングに結合されながら単位電池の電極端子をカバーするダクト部材200とを含み、ダクト部材には、貫通ホールに向かって冷却媒体を注入するための冷却流路210が形成されると共に単位電池から発生するガスを所定の方向に排出させるガス排出通路が形成されるように構成した。また、ダクト部材には、冷却流路とガス排出通路を区分し、ダクト部材の内側面から単位電池の電極端子の方向に向かって突出されてダクト部材を貫通して形成される分離部を設けるようにした。

Claims (13)
- 相互に電気的に連結される複数個の単位電池と、
前記単位電池にそれぞれ対応して前記単位電池を収容する複数個の貫通ホールが形成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに結合されて前記単位電池の電極端子をカバーするダクト部材とを含み、
前記ダクト部材には、前記貫通ホールに向かって冷却媒体を注入するための冷却流路が形成されると共に、前記単位電池から発生するガスを所定の方向に排出させるガス排出通路が形成されること、
を特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記ダクト部材に形成されて、前記冷却流路と前記ガス排出通路を区分する分離部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記分離部は、前記ダクト部材の内側面から前記単位電池の電極端子の方向に向かって突出されて形成され、前記冷却流路が前記ダクト部材を貫通するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記冷却流路は、前記単位電池と前記貫通ホールとの間に形成される離隔空間と連通されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記分離部は、前記単位電池とそれぞれ対応するように複数個が形成され、
前記複数個の分離部は、複数列に配列されることによって列と列との間に前記ガス排出通路が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記ダクト部材には前記ガス排出通路と連通される排出口が形成され、前記単位電池から発生するガスは、前記ガス排出通路と前記排出口を通じて外部に排出されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記分離部は、前記単位電池の電極端子の周りの一部を囲み、一側に開口部を有する形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記単位電池と前記貫通ホールはそれぞれ円筒形であり、前記分離部は前記単位電池に対応する中空のC字形状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数個の分離部のうち相互に隣接する一対の分離部は、それぞれの開口部が相互に向き合うように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一対の分離部に対応する単位電池は、ターミナルプレートによって電気的に連結され、
前記ターミナルプレートは、前記一対の分離部の開口部によって形成された空間に位置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数個の分離部は、前記ダクト部材に配列される位置によってその大きさがそれぞれ異なって形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ダクト部材をカバーしながら、前記冷却流路に前記冷却媒体を供給するための内部空間が設けられたカバー部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項10に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバー部材は、前記ダクト部材を媒介として前記ハウジングと一体に結合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池モジュール。
