Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物溶融炉1から発生するダストを含む排ガスからダストを集塵するサイクロン3と廃棄物溶融炉1とに接続された、排ガスをサイクロン3へ導入する発生ガス管内に炭酸カルシウム添加装置9で炭酸カルシウムを添加して、炭酸カルシウムをダストに混入させてダストの融解、凝固を防止する廃棄物溶融炉の発生ガス管およびサイクロンのダスト付着防止方法。

Claims (4)
- 廃棄物溶融炉から発生するダストを含む排ガスからダストを集塵するサイクロンと前記廃棄物溶融炉とに接続された、前記排ガスをサイクロンへ導入する発生ガス管内に炭酸カルシウムを添加して、前記炭酸カルシウムをダストに混入させてダストの融解、凝固を防止することを特徴とする廃棄物溶融炉の発生ガス管およびサイクロンのダスト付着防止方法。
- 上記炭酸カルシウムの粒径が5μm〜20μmである微粉体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物溶融炉の発生ガス管およびサイクロンのダスト付着防止方法。
- 廃棄物溶融炉から発生するダストを含む排ガスからダストを集塵するサイクロンと前記廃棄物溶融炉とに接続された、前記排ガスをサイクロンへ導入する発生ガス管に、この発生ガス管内に炭酸カルシウムを添加する炭酸カルシウム添加装置を発生ガス管の上流側に設置したことを特徴とする廃棄物溶融炉の発生ガス管およびサイクロンのダスト付着防止装置。
- 上記サイクロンにサイクロン内の内筒を振動させる加振装置を設置したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の廃棄物溶融炉の発生ガス管およびサイクロンのダスト付着防止装置。
