Claims (3)
- 回転炉床炉にて酸化鉄含有原料から還元鉄を製造するにあたり、該回転炉床炉から発生する排ガス中に、アルカリ金属塩及び亜鉛を主成分とする物質が含まれる場合において、処理流路の第一段階として、冷媒を流した冷却配管の表面を400℃以下になるような廃熱回収ボイラーを設置し、該冷却配管に2m/s2以上28m/s2以下の加速度の振動を4分間に1回以上の頻度で生じさせる配管振動発生装置を設置したことを特徴とする回転炉床炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 上記配管振動発生装置は、上記冷却配管に振動を0.1分間に1回以下の頻度で生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転炉床炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 上記配管振動発生装置は、上記冷却配管に振動を生じさせて、該冷却配管に付着する付着物の厚みを2mm以上10mm以下となるように設けることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回転炉床炉の排ガス処理装置。
