Abstract
【解決手段】光源24からレーザー光線が照射される。出射口27には光学系28が接続される。光学系28は、出射口27から単位時間当たりに単位面積に照射されるレーザー光線のエネルギーを調整する。レーザー光線の働きで被加工物にはビームスポットが形成される。ビームスポットのエネルギーに基づき被加工物には切断や折り曲げといった加工が施されることができる。しかも、光学系の働きでレーザー光線のエネルギーは調整される。例えばレーザー発振器の駆動電圧に基づきレーザー光線のエネルギーが調整される場合に比べて、レーザー光線のエネルギーは瞬時に変化することができる。被加工物はレーザー光線で高い精度で加工されることができる。

Claims (10)
- 被加工物を支持するステージと、出射口から被加工物に向かってレーザー光線を照射する光源と、出射口および被加工物の間に配置され、出射口から単位時間当たりに単位面積に照射されるレーザー光線のエネルギーを調整する光学系とを備えることを特徴とする加工装置。
- 請求項1に記載の加工装置において、前記ステージおよび出射口の間で相対移動を引き起こす移動機構と、前記相対移動の加速度に応じて前記エネルギーの調整を制御する制御回路とをさらに備えることを特徴とする加工装置。
- 請求項1に記載の加工装置において、前記光学系は、前記被加工物上に形成されるレーザー光線のビームスポットを拡大縮小させることを特徴とする加工装置。
- 請求項1に記載の加工装置において、被加工物および出射口の距離に応じて前記エネルギーの調整を制御する制御回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする加工装置。
- 出射口からステージ上の被加工物にレーザー光線を照射する工程と、レーザー光線の照射にあたって、出射口および被加工物の間に配置される光学系に基づき出射口から単位時間当たりに単位面積に照射されるレーザー光線のエネルギーを調整する工程とを備えることを特徴とする加工方法。
- 請求項5に記載の加工方法において、前記ステージおよび出射口の間で相対移動を引き起こす工程と、前記相対移動の加速度に応じて前記エネルギーの調整を制御する工程とをさらに備えることを特徴とする加工方法。
- 請求項5に記載の加工方法において、前記エネルギーの調整にあたって前記被加工物上に形成されるレーザー光線のビームスポットを拡大縮小する工程を備えることを特徴とする加工方法。
- 出射口からステージ上の板ばねにレーザー光線を照射し、板ばねに折り曲げ加工を施す工程と、レーザー光線の照射にあたって、出射口および板ばねの間に配置される光学系に基づき出射口から単位時間当たりに単位面積に照射されるレーザー光線のエネルギーを調整する工程とを備えることを特徴とする板ばねの製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載の板ばねの製造方法において、前記ステージおよび出射口の間で相対移動を引き起こす工程と、前記相対移動の加速度に応じて前記エネルギーの調整を制御する工程とをさらに備えることを特徴とする板ばねの製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載の板ばねの製造方法において、前記エネルギーの調整にあたって前記被加工物上に形成されるレーザー光線のビームスポットを拡大縮小する工程を備えることを特徴とする板ばねの製造方法。
