Description
Claims (3)
- 被加工物を支持するステージと、
発振条件を一定に維持したレーザー光線を発振する光源と、
集光部を用いて前記被加工物に前記レーザー光線を集光させる光学系と、
前記光学系および前記ステージの間で前記レーザー光線の照射方向に相対移動を引き起こす第1移動機構と、
前記光学系および前記ステージの間で前記照射方向に対して垂直な方向に相対移動を引き起こす第2移動機構と、
前記第2移動機構による相対移動の速度変化に応じて前記第1移動機構による相対移動を制御する制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする加工装置。 - ステージ上の被加工物に向かって発振条件を一定に維持したレーザー光線を照射し、集光部を備えた光学系によって前記被加工物に前記レーザー光線を集光させる工程と、
前記レーザー光線の照射にあたって、前記光学系および前記ステージの間で前記レーザー光線の照射方向に対して垂直な方向に相対移動を引き起こす工程と、
前記相対移動の速度変化に応じて、前記光学系および前記ステージの間の前記照射方向の相対移動を制御する工程と
を備えることを特徴とする加工方法。 - ステージ上の板ばねに向かって発振条件を一定に維持したレーザー光線を照射し、集光部を備えた光学系によって前記板ばねに前記レーザー光線を集光させる工程と、
前記レーザー光線の照射にあたって、前記光学系および前記ステージの間で前記レーザー光線の照射方向に対して垂直な方向に相対移動を引き起こす工程と、
前記相対移動の速度変化に応じて、前記光学系および前記ステージの間の前記照射方向の相対移動を制御し、前記板ばねに折り曲げ加工を施す工程と
を備えることを特徴とする板ばねの製造方法。
