Abstract
【解決手段】複数の単セルが積層されたセル積層体10と、セル積層体10のセル積層方向両側に配設された集電板14A及び14Bを有する燃料電池1であり、断熱材21と、断熱材21をセル積層方向両側から挟持する挟持プレート22及び23とを有し、断熱材21を挟持プレート22及び23で挟持してなる断熱部24を備え、断熱材21は、熱伝導率が0.1W/mK以下、且つ気孔率が70%以上である。

Claims (9)
- 複数の単セルが積層されたセル積層体と、当該セル積層体のセル積層方向両側に配設された集電板と、を有する燃料電池であって、
断熱材と、当該断熱材をセル積層方向両側から挟持する挟持プレートとを有し、前記断熱材を当該挟持プレートで挟持してなる断熱部を備えてなり、
当該断熱材は、熱伝導率が0.1W/mK以下、且つ気孔率が70%以上である燃料電池。 - 発電に寄与する発電セルと、発電に寄与しない非発電セルと、を備え、前記断熱部は、当該非発電セルに配設されてなる請求項1記載の燃料電池。
- 前記非発電セルが、前記集電板の、前記セル積層方向内側に配設されてなる請求項2記載の燃料電池。
- 前記非発電セルは、前記セル積層体のセル積層方向両端に各々配設された端部セルである請求項3記載の燃料電池。
- 前記非発電セルは、前記発電セルに挟まれた断熱セルである請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記セル積層体は、前記非発電セルからなり且つセル積層方向両端に配設される端部セル間に、前記複数の発電セルが積層された発電セル積層体と、当該発電セル積層体の総マイナス側の端部に配設された前記断熱セルと、当該断熱セルの前記発電セル積層体とは反対側に配設された発電セルと、を配設してなる請求項5記載の燃料電池。
- 前記非発電セルが、前記集電板の、前記セル積層方向外側に配設されてなる請求項2または請求項3記載の燃料電池。
- 前記断熱材は、電気伝導性を有する請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記電気伝導性は、荷重が0.2Mパスカルの際に、400mΩ以下である請求項8記載の燃料電池。
