Abstract
【解決手段】溝付けカッター12と溝付け用ダイ13が、互いに平行で反対方向へ動く第1と第2の溝付けシャフト14.1,14.2に配置されている。溝付け工具12,13は、枚葉紙を挟み込んで搬送作用を及ぼす、溝付け工具対11.1,11.2に軸方向に隣接する搬送ローラ対30を備えている。第1の搬送ローラ31は第1の溝付けシャフト14.1に配置され、第2の搬送ローラ32は溝付け工具12,13から独立して支持されている。溝付け工具対11.1,11.2の軸間隔を、所望の溝深さに応じて、搬送ローラ対30に影響を及ぼすことなく調整できる。搬送ローラ31,32があまりにも近くに位置調節されることによる撓みが回避されるので、溝付けシャフト14.1,14.2の負荷が減る。

Claims (5)
- 特に枚葉紙(2)として供給される冊子の表紙に曲げ部分を設けるために、平坦な印刷製品に回転式に溝付けする装置(1)であって、
溝付けカッター(12)とそれに付属する溝付け用ダイ(13)とから構成されている少なくとも1つの溝付け工具対(11.1,11.2)を備えており、溝付け工具(12,13)は、互いに平行で反対方向へ動かされる第1および第2の溝付けシャフト(14.1,14.2)に配置されており、
第1および第2の搬送ローラ(31,32)により構成され、前記枚葉紙(2)を挟み込んで搬送作用を及ぼす、前記溝付け工具対(11.1,11.2)に軸方向に隣接して配置されている少なくとも1つの搬送ローラ対(30)を備えている、
平坦な印刷製品に回転式に溝付けする装置において、
前記第1の搬送ローラ(31)は前記第1の溝付けシャフト(14.1)に配置されており、前記第2の搬送ローラ(32)は前記溝付け工具(12,13)から独立して支持されている
ことを特徴とする、平坦な印刷製品に回転式に溝付けする装置。 - 前記第2の搬送ローラ(32)は、前記第2の溝付けシャフト(14.2)によって実質的に同軸に貫通されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の搬送ローラ(32)は、前記溝付けシャフト(14.1,14.2)に対してオフセットされて支持されている揺動レバー(34)に受けられて回転可能に支持されている、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の搬送ローラ(32)は、前記第1の搬送ローラ(31)に対して調整可能にばね作用を受けている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の搬送ローラ(31)は、回転駆動される前記第1の溝付けシャフト(14.1)に回転不能に配置されており、前記第2の搬送ローラ(32)は自由に回転できるように支持されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
