Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung (1) zum rotativen Rillen von flächigen Druckerzeugnissen zur Vorbereitung einer Biegestelle, insbesondere in einem als Bogen (2) zugeführten Broschurenumschlag, mit wenigstens einem aus Rillmesser (12) und zugeordneter Rillmatrize (13) bestehenden Rillwerkzeugpaar (11.1, 11.2), wobei die Rillwerkzeuge (12, 13) auf einer ersten und einer zweiten, zueinander parallelen und gegenläufig angetriebenen Rillwellen (14.1, 14.2) angeordnet sind, und mit wenigstens einem in Achsrichtung neben dem Rillwerkzeugpaar (11.1, 11.2) angeordneten, von einer ersten und einer zweiten Förderrolle (31, 32) gebildeten, den Bogen (2) förderwirksam zwischen sich einspannenden Förderrollenpaar (30), ist vorgesehen, dass die erste Förderrolle (31) auf der ersten Rillwelle (14.1) angeordnet ist und die zweite Förderrolle (32) unabhängig von den Rillwerkzeugen (12, 13) gelagert ist. Der Achsabstand des wenigstens einen Rillwerkzeugpaares (11.1, 11.2) kann gemäß gewünschter Rilltiefe ohne Auswirkung auf das wenigstens eine Förderrollenpaar (30) eingestellt werden. Die Belastung der Rillwellen (14.1, 14.2) wird deutlich reduziert, da eine Durchbiegung aufgrund zu eng eingestellter Förderrollen (31, 32) vermieden wird.
