Abstract
【解決手段】 検出回路1は、入力部2と、前記入力部に接続された2つの接触電極A、Bと、接触電極Aに接続された位相反転手段3と、各接触手段に設けられた一の増幅手段41と、前記増幅手段41に接続され、各接触電極A、Bにおける容量変化による入力信号の振幅の変化を電気的変化量として検出する検出手段5A、5Bとを備える。検出回路1は、位相反転手段3により、2つの電極に対し、互いに位相が半周期ずれた信号を入力せしめる。接触があった場合には入力パルスの振幅を増幅手段41において増幅せしめ、増幅された一つの信号から各電極での信号を各検出手段5A、5Bで検出し、各出力部6A、6Bへ出力している。

Claims (10)
- パルス信号の入力部から位相反転手段を介してパルス信号が供給される第1の接触電極、及び前記入力部からパルス信号が供給される第2の接触電極を一組とする少なくとも一組の接触電極と、一組の接触電極に対し接続された一の増幅手段と、前記増幅手段に接続され、第1の接触電極の状態を示す信号を検出する第1の検出手段、及び第2の接触電極の状態を示す信号を検出する第2の検出手段と、第1の検出手段及び第2の検出手段にそれぞれ接続された各出力部とを備えたことを特徴とする容量変化検出回路。
- 前記増幅手段が、インバータと、インバータの入力側に設けられたコンデンサと、インバータに並列な抵抗とからなり、前記インバータの出力側が前記検出手段の入力側に接続され、前記インバータと抵抗とが、負帰還反転増幅回路を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の容量変化検出回路。
- 前記位相反転手段が、インバータからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の容量変化検出回路。
- 前記第1及び第2の検出手段のそれぞれが、ダイオード、抵抗、及びコンデンサからなり、第1の検出手段のダイオードは、カソード側が前記位相反転手段からのパルス信号が供給される第1の接続点に接続され、アノード側が増幅手段の出力側と第1の検出手段の抵抗との間に設けられた第2の接続点に接続されており、第2の検出手段のダイオードは、カソード側が入力部からのパルス信号が供給される第3の接続点に接続され、アノード側が増幅手段の出力側と第2の検出手段の抵抗との間に設けられた第4の接続点とに接続されており、各検出手段の抵抗とコンデンサとで平滑回路がそれぞれ構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3に記載の容量変化検出回路。
- 前記位相反転手段と第1の接触電極との間に第1の抵抗を設け、前記入力部と第2の接触電極との間に第2の抵抗を設け、第1の抵抗と第2の抵抗が同一の抵抗値であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4に記載の容量変化検出回路。
- 前記第1の接触電極と増幅手段との間に第3の抵抗を設け、前記第2の接触電極と増幅手段との間に第4の抵抗を設け、第3の抵抗と第4の抵抗が同一の抵抗値であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5に記載の容量変化検出回路。
- 前記第1の抵抗、前記第2の抵抗、前記第3の抵抗及び第4の抵抗が同一の抵抗値であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の容量変化検出回路。
- 前記増幅手段と第1の検出手段との間に第5の抵抗を設け、前記増幅手段と第2の検出手段との間に第6の抵抗を設け、前記第5の抵抗と第6の抵抗とは、同一の抵抗値であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7に記載の容量変化検出回路。
- 請求項1〜8に記載した容量変化検出回路と、パネル部と、制御部とを備えたタッチパネルであって、前記容量変化検出回路の接触電極がパネル部に設けられ、かつ、容量変化検出回路の出力部が、制御部に接続されていることを特徴とするタッチパネル。
- 請求項1〜8に記載の容量変化検出回路を用いて接触電極への接触の有無を判定する判定方法であって、第1の接触電極の状態を示す信号と、第2の接触電極の状態を示す信号との差を示す信号を検出し、この差を示す信号に基づいて接触電極への接触の有無を判定することを特徴とする判定方法。
