Abstract
【解決手段】金属蒸着層2を有するポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂フィルム1を巻回し、その端面に金属を溶射して電極3a、3bを形成し、その電極3a、3bに外部端子4a、4bを接続固着してコンデンサ素子を形成し、前記外部端子4a、4bを導出して、表面樹脂層5a、金属層5bおよび内面樹脂層5cで形成された金属ラミネートフィルム5で外装して乾式金属蒸着フィルムコンデンサを形成する。この外装によって比誘電率の大きいポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂フィルムを誘電体とする小型で絶縁破壊強度の優れた乾式金属蒸着フィルムコンデンサが得られる。

Claims (1)
- 金属蒸着ポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂フィルムを巻回し、その端面に金属を溶射して電極を形成してなるコンデンサ素子を、表面樹脂層、金属層および内面樹脂層で形成された金属ラミネートフィルムで外装してなることを特徴とする乾式金属蒸着フィルムコンデンサ。
