Claims (1)
- 金属蒸着ポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂フィルムを巻回し、その端面に金属を溶射して電極を形成してなるコンデンサ素子の全体を、表面樹脂層、金属層および内面樹脂層で形成された金属ラミネートフィルムで密封してなることを特徴とする乾式金属蒸着フィルムコンデンサ。
