Abstract
【解決手段】引っ掛けシーリング等により天井に取り付けられる天井取付型の照明器具における天井側の面に接着されて、前記天井取付型の照明器具と天井との間で圧縮される照明器具用パッキン10において、ポリウレタンフォームからなるパッキン本体11の天井側の面に、湿気硬化型ウレタン系ホットメルトが硬化してなる厚みが30〜100μmの表面皮膜21を設けた。

Claims (3)
- 天井取付型の照明器具における天井側の面に接着されて前記天井取付型の照明器具と天井との間で圧縮される照明器具用パッキンにおいて、
ポリウレタンフォームからなるパッキン本体の天井側の面に湿気硬化型ウレタン系ホットメルトが硬化してなる表面皮膜を設けたことを特徴とする照明器具用パッキン。 - 前記湿気硬化型ウレタン系ホットメルトが硬化してなる表面皮膜の厚みが30〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明器具用パッキン。
- 前記ポリウレタンフォームが密度15〜40kg/m3の軟質ポリウレタンフォームからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の照明器具用パッキン。
