Abstract

所定の適用速度で所定の適用経路に沿った適用圧力の移動領域として所定の適用力を用いることにより、レイアップ構造体の第1の選択可能な割り出し位置から第2の選択可能な割り出し位置にレイアップを押し付けることを更に備える方法。

- レイアップ構造体へのレイアップ配置方法であって、
レイアップをサドルモジュール上に配置することと、
このサドルモジュールを予め選択された位置と位置合わせすることと、
前記レイアップをレイアップ構造体に押し付けること、
を具備する方法。 - 前記予め選択された位置は、前記レイアップ構造体上の所定の適用経路に対応する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記レイアップは、前記所定の適用経路に沿って前記レイアップ構造体に強制的に接触される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記レイアップ構造体は、

後製作段階と
を備える製作方法により組み付けられる航空機用である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記予製作段階は、

このサドルモジュールは、前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップを前記レイアップ構造体上に配置するように構成されている装置。 - 前記サドルモジュールは、予め規定された適用力で、予め規定された適用経路を覆うように前記レイアップ構造体上に前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップを配置するように構成されている、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記サドルモジュールは、
担持体と、この担持体上に位置決めされた前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップとを備えるレイアップキットを受け止めるように構成されている、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記担持体は、前記レイアップ構造体への予め選択された割り出し位置に対応する選択可能な割り出し方位で、前記サドルモジュール上に前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップを保持するように構成された割り出し要素を含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記サドルモジュールは、前記レイアップ構造体の基準軸を含む所定の空間的基準系内に位置決めされる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記レイアップ構造体は、前記レイアップ構造体の基準軸にほぼ対応するレイアップ構造体中心線を有し、前記予め規定された適用経路は、前記レイアップ構造体の基準軸に沿って予め選択された整合位置に対応し、前記予め選択された整合位置での前記予め規定された適用経路は、それぞれのレイアップ構造体外形プロファイルに対応する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 所定の適用力が、前記レイアップ構造体中心線に対して略軸方向に内方に方向づけられた、所定の適用力方向で、前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップに印加される、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の適用力は、所定の適用速度で前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップに印加される、請求項15に記載の装置。

前記サドルモジュールは、所定の適用力方向に印加される予め規定された適用力で前記予め規定された適用経路を覆うように前記レイアップ構造体上に前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップを配置するように構成され、前記レイアップ構造体は、前記予め選択された整合位置に対応するそれぞれのレイアップ構造体外形プロファイルを有する、請求項9に記載の装置。 - 前記サドルモジュールは、
前記整合フレームと係合され、かつ、前記整合フレームにより支持されるサドル基部と、
前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップを屈撓可能にかつ解放可能に保持するように構成された支持フレームと、
前記サドル基部に移動可能に取り付けられ、かつ、前記支持フレームに緊張可能に装着された位置設定器組立体と、
を更に具備し、
前記位置設定器組立体は、前記支持フレームを付勢して、前記予め規定された適用力で前記予め選択された複合材料レイアップを前記レイアップ構造体の少なくとも1つの予め選択された割り出し位置に強制的に接触させる、請求項9に記載の装置。
