Abstract

Claims (10)
- ハウジング、およびこのハウジング内を移動可能に設けられ、かつ針部を前進させるための移動体を含む穿刺装置本体と、
上記穿刺装置本体に装着され、かつ穿刺時に穿刺対象部位に接触させるための先端カバーと、
を備えた穿刺装置であって、
上記移動体には第1干渉部が設けられている一方、上記先端カバーには上記第1干渉部と干渉し、上記移動体の先端側への移動を規制するための第2干渉部が設けられている、穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。 - 上記第1または第2干渉部における干渉部位を選択することにより、穿刺対象部位に対する上記針部の穿刺深さを調整できるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。
- 上記第1および第2干渉部のうちの少なくとも一方は、上記先端カバーを上記穿刺装置本体に装着した状態において、上記先端カバーの先端面からの距離が異なる複数の平坦面を有している、請求項2に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。
- 上記第1および第2干渉部のうちの一方は、上記先端カバーを上記穿刺装置本体に装着した状態において、上記先端カバーの先端面からの距離が連続的に変化する干渉面を有している、請求項2に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。
- 上記先端カバーは、上記穿刺装置本体に対して着脱自在とされており、
上記穿刺装置本体には基準マークが設けられている一方で、上記先端カバーには1または複数の穿刺深さ調整マークが設けられ、
上記1または複数の穿刺深さ調整マークと上記基準マークの位置合わせ状態を選択して上記穿刺装置本体に対して上記先端カバーを装着することにより、穿刺対象部位に対する上記針部の穿刺深さを選択できるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。 - 上記先端カバーは、複数の凸部を有しており、
上記ハウジングは、上記1または複数の穿刺深さ調整マークを上記基準マークに位置合わせして上記先端カバーを上記穿刺装置本体に装着する際に、上記複数の凸部のうちの少なくとも1つの凸部と係合して上記先端カバーの移動を規制するためのガイド部と、上記先端カバーを上記ハウジングに対して上記先端カバーの周方向に回転させたときに上記複数の凸部のうちの少なくとも1つの凸部と係合する係合部と、を有している、請求項5に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。 - 上記複数の凸部のうちの少なくとも1つの凸部は、上記1または複数の穿刺深さ調整マークを上記基準マークに位置合わせした場合に、上記ガイド部に位置合わせされるように構成されている、請求項6に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。
- 上記針部は、これを一体化したランセットの形態として上記穿刺装置本体に組み込まれ、
上記ランセットは、上記穿刺装置本体から上記先端カバーを取り外した状態で、上記移動体に装着するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。 - 上記移動体の前進時に上記第1干渉部と上記第2干渉部とが干渉することにより、穿刺対象部位に対する上記針部の穿刺深さを一定化するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。
- 上記先端カバー内に負圧を発生させるための吸引手段をさらに備えており、
上記先端カバーには、上記吸引手段により上記先端カバー内に負圧を発生させて穿刺対象部位を盛り上げたときに、穿刺対象部位の盛り上がりの程度を規制するための規制部が設けられている、請求項1に記載の穿刺深さ規制機能付き穿刺装置。
