Description
本発明は、
（１）脂肪族ポリエステルから構成される生分解性のフィルムを基材とし、上記基材の一方の面に生分解性の粘着性樹脂を積層して形成される粘着層を備える、生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープであって、上記基材の厚みは１０μｍ以上７０μｍ以下であり、上記基材を構成する脂肪族ポリエステルとして、少なくとも芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルが含有されており、且つ、該芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルと芳香族脂肪族ポリエステル以外の脂肪族ポリエステルとの配合比が、質量比で１００：０〜２０：８０であり、生分解性農業用マルチフィルムに対する粘着強度が１Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、引張破断強度が４Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、エレメンドルフ引裂強度が０．２Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、且つ、長手方向引張伸び率が１００％以上３００％以下であること、を特徴とする生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープ、
（２）上記芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルとしてポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートを用い、且つ、上記芳香族脂肪族ポリエステル以外の脂肪族ポリエステルとしてポリブチレンサクシネート（ＰＢＳ）、ポリブチレンサクシネートアジペート（ＰＢＳＡ）、ポリカプロラクトン（ＰＣＬ）、ポリ乳酸（ＰＬＡ）またはポリヒドロキシ酪酸のいずれか１つあるいは２つ以上を用いることを特徴とする上記（１）に記載の生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープ、
を要旨とするものである。
（１）脂肪族ポリエステルから構成される生分解性のフィルムを基材とし、上記基材の一方の面に生分解性の粘着性樹脂を積層して形成される粘着層を備える、生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープであって、上記基材の厚みは１０μｍ以上７０μｍ以下であり、上記基材を構成する脂肪族ポリエステルとして、少なくとも芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルが含有されており、且つ、該芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルと芳香族脂肪族ポリエステル以外の脂肪族ポリエステルとの配合比が、質量比で１００：０〜２０：８０であり、生分解性農業用マルチフィルムに対する粘着強度が１Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、引張破断強度が４Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、エレメンドルフ引裂強度が０．２Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、且つ、長手方向引張伸び率が１００％以上３００％以下であること、を特徴とする生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープ、
（２）上記芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルとしてポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートを用い、且つ、上記芳香族脂肪族ポリエステル以外の脂肪族ポリエステルとしてポリブチレンサクシネート（ＰＢＳ）、ポリブチレンサクシネートアジペート（ＰＢＳＡ）、ポリカプロラクトン（ＰＣＬ）、ポリ乳酸（ＰＬＡ）またはポリヒドロキシ酪酸のいずれか１つあるいは２つ以上を用いることを特徴とする上記（１）に記載の生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープ、
を要旨とするものである。
Claims (2)
- 脂肪族ポリエステルから構成される生分解性のフィルムを基材とし、上記基材の一方の面に生分解性の粘着性樹脂を積層して形成される粘着層を備える、生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープであって、
上記基材の厚みは１０μｍ以上７０μｍ以下であり、
上記基材を構成する脂肪族ポリエステルとして、少なくとも芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルが含有されており、且つ、該芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルと芳香族脂肪族ポリエステル以外の脂肪族ポリエステルとの配合比が、質量比で１００：０〜２０：８０であり、
生分解性農業用マルチフィルムに対する粘着強度が１Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、
引張破断強度が４Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、
エレメンドルフ引裂強度が０．２Ｎ／ｃｍ以上であり、且つ、
長手方向引張伸び率が１００％以上３００％以下であること、
を特徴とする生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープ。 - 上記芳香族脂肪族ポリエステルとしてポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレートを用い、且つ、上記芳香族脂肪族ポリエステル以外の脂肪族ポリエステルとしてポリブチレンサクシネート（ＰＢＳ）、ポリブチレンサクシネートアジペート（ＰＢＳＡ）、ポリカプロラクトン（ＰＣＬ）、ポリ乳酸（ＰＬＡ）またはポリヒドロキシ酪酸のいずれか１つあるいは２つ以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項１に記載の生分解性農業用マルチフィルム補修テープ。
