Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡手術器具であって、ハンドル部分と、細長い中央部分と、関節部分と、ツール部分とを有する内視鏡手術器具が提供される。ツール部分は、内視鏡手術器具の使用者の片手でアクセス可能なハンドル部分に配置された制御機構により操縦可能である。内視鏡手術器具は、経胃的または経腔的手術を含むさまざまな内視鏡手術法に有利に採用される。

Claims (21)
- 内視鏡手術器具であって、
− 当該内視鏡手術器具の基端部にあるハンドル部分と、
− 所定長さを有する細長い中央部分であって、前記ハンドル部分に連結される基端部を備え、可撓性材料で形成される当該細長い中央部分の実質的に全長に沿って延びる要素で構成される細長い中央部分と、
− 前記細長い中央部分の先端部に連結される関節部分であって、互いに連結される複数の連結部材を有し、当該関節部分が所定面内で湾曲可能な関節部分と、
− 当該内視鏡手術器具の先端部にあるツール部分であって、前記関節部分の先端部に連結されるツール部分と、
を備えることを特徴とする内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記細長い中央部分が、その長さに沿う少なくとも1つのルーメンを有し、
前記ツール部分が、前記細長い中央部分に配置される挿入ツールに連結され、
前記挿入ツールが、その基端部において前記ハンドル部分に配置されたレバー部材に連結され、
前記レバー部材の移動が、前記挿入ツールに力を付与し、前記ツール部分を作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記挿入ツール及び前記ツール部分が、ユニットとして取り外し可能かつ異なる構造を有する他の挿入ツール及びツール部分のユニットと交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記ハンドル部分が、前記レバー部材のノッチ部分と係合して前記レバー部材を選択位置にロックするレバーロック機構を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記レバー部材が、その部分にある摩擦増大被覆を有し、
前記レバー部材の望まない移動を低減することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記挿入ツールが、前記ツール部分に当該挿入ツールの基端部に連結される電源から導電するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 当該内視鏡手術器具が、前記細長い中央部分に配置された2つの制御ワイヤであってそれぞれ前記ハンドル部分にある関節制御部材に連結されかつ前記関節部分の先端部に連結される2つの制御ワイヤをさらに有し、
前記関節制御部が、所定面内で移動可能であり、
このような移動が、前記関節部分の湾曲を制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記制御ワイヤ及び前記関節制御部材が、前記ハンドル部分に回転可能に接続されたドラムに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- ドラムが、前記ハンドル部分に回転可能に接続されており、
前記制御ワイヤ及び前記関節制御部材が、前記ドラムに接続され、
前記関節制御部材の移動が、前記関節制御部材の移動の面内における前記ドラムの回転をもたらし、
これにより前記制御ワイヤに力を付与することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記関節制御部材の移動の面が、前記関節部分の湾曲移動の面と実質的に対応することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記ハンドル部分が、前記関節制御部材と摩擦係合して前記関節制御部材を選択位置にロックするスライドロック機構を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記関節制御部材が、その部分に摩擦増大被覆を有し、
前記関節制御部材の望まない移動を低減することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記関節制御部材が、当該内視鏡手術器具の使用者の親指でアクセス可能であり、
前記レバー部材が、当該内視鏡手術器具の使用者の指で同時にアクセス可能であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記挿入ツールが、前記細長い中央部分の長手方向軸回りの回転を前記挿入ツールに伝達して順に前記ツール部分を前記関節部分に対して回転させる回転制御部材に連結されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記回転制御部材が、選択数の固定位置の間で段階的に回転することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記回転制御部材が、その部分に摩擦増大被覆を有し、
前記回転制御部材の望まない移動を低減することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記ハンドル部分が、前記回転制御部材と摩擦係合して前記回転制御部材を選択位置にロックする回転ロック機構を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記レバー部材、前記レバーロック機構、前記関節制御部材、前記スライドロック機構、前記回転制御部材及び前記回転ロック機構が、当該内視鏡手術器具の使用者の片手でアクセス可能であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 当該内視鏡手術器具が、当該内視鏡手術器具の使用者の左手のみ及び右手のみ両者により使用するために構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 当該内視鏡手術器具が、実質的に封止されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 当該内視鏡手術器具が、手術部位へまたは手術部位から流体物質を伝達するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
