Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.外科用器具において、 ハンドルと、 該ハンドルから伸長する剛性なステム部分と、 該剛性なステム部分から伸長する可撓性のステム部分と、 該可撓性のステム部分の末端と接続され、可動部分を有する外科用ツールと、 を備え、 前記可撓性のステム部分が、該可撓性のステム部分に沿って伸長する、互いに 相対的に枢動可能な複数の椎骨状部分と、該複数の椎骨状部分を貫通して軸方向 に伸長し、前記外科用ツールと前記剛性なステム部分との間にて軸方向への荷重 を伝達する引張ばねとを有しており、 さらに、前記引張ばねを貫通して伸長し且つ前記外科用ツールの前記可動部分 と接続されて、該可動部分に力を付与し、該可動部分を前記可撓性のステム部分 に対して動かすアクチュエータケーブルを備える、外科用器具。 2.請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記引張ばね及び前記椎骨状部分 の寸法が、前記外科用ツールから前記剛性なステム部分への、実質的に全ての軸 方向への圧縮力が前記引張ばねを通じて伝達されるが該椎骨状部分を通じては伝 達されないよう、選択されている、外科用器具。 3.請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記引張ばねが、両端の第一及び 第二の端部分を有するコイルばねであり、該引張ばねの前記第一の端部分が前記 外科用ツールに係合し、前記引張ばねの前記第二の端部分が前記剛性なステム部 分に係合する、外科用器具。 4.請求項3に記載の外科用器具において、前記ばねの前記第一及び第二の端 部分が、前記外科用ツール及び前記剛性なステム部分のそれぞれのばね用空所内 に受け入れられる、外科用器具。 5.請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記可撓性のステム部分を前記剛 性なステム部分に対して複数の方向の間にて動かすための少なくとも1つの撓み 制御ワイヤーを備え、該ワイヤーが前記椎骨状部分を貫通して伸長し、該ワイヤ ーが、前記外科用ツールに軸方向への荷重を付与し、前記外科用ツールの固定部 分を前記剛性なステム部分に向けて付勢し、これにより、前記引張ばねに対し軸 方向への圧縮荷重を付与する、外科用器具。 6.請求項5に記載の外科用器具において、前記可撓性のステム部分及び前記 外科用ツールが前記複数の方向の間にて動く際に、前記アクチュエータケーブル 及び前記引張ばねが曲がるようになされている、外科用器具。 7.請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記剛性なステム部分が、該剛性 なステム部分に対して曲げ動作し得るように、前記複数の椎骨状部分を支持する 湾曲面を有する、外科用器具。 8.請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記可撓性のステム部分が直線状 の状態にあるとき、前記引張ばねが該ばねの長さに沿って該ばねのコイルどうし が当接係合し、前記ばねが軸方向に圧縮不能である自由状態すなわち、非応力状 態にある、外科用器具。 9.請求項1に記載の外科用器具において、前記アクチュエータケーブルが、 前記引張ばねの全長に亙って伸長する可撓性部材を備え、該可撓性部材が、前記 ハンドルにおける手操作にて係合可能な部材と接続され、該ハンドルにおける該 手操作にて係合可能な部材が、前記アクチュエータケーブルを通じて力を伝達し 、前記外科用ツールの前記可動部分を前記可撓性のステム部分に対して動かすよ うに可動である、外科用器具。
