Abstract
【解決手段】基体と、不飽和結合部を有するシランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子と抗アレルゲン剤とを含み基体の表面部に備わる無機微粒子層とを有する抗アレルゲン性と防塵性とを有する複合部材であって、前記無機微粒子層内の無機微粒子同士が、互いのシランモノマーの不飽和結合部が化学結合することにより、無機微粒子層を形成するとともに、無機微粒層内の無機微粒子のシランモノマーの不飽和結合部と基体の表面部とが化学結合することにより、基体と無機微粒子層とが固定されてなる。

Description
人体への安全性などの観点から様々な分野で利用されている。
市販の二酸化チタン微粒子(テイカ株式会社製、MT−100HD)をメタノールに対して10.0質量%、シランモノマーとして3−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(信越化学工業株式会社製、KBM−503)を微粒子に対して3.0質量%加えてpHを3.0に塩酸で調製した後、ビーズミルにより平均粒子径18nmに粉砕分散した。その後、凍結乾燥機により固液分離して120℃で加熱してシランモノマーを二酸化チタン微粒子の表面に脱水縮合反応により化学結合させて被覆を形成した。
メタノールに上記方法で作製したシランモノマー被覆二酸化チタン微粒子を3質量%となるよう加え、シランモノマー被覆二酸化チタン微粒子に対して抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を1質量%添加し、ビーズミルにより平均粒子径16nmに再度粉砕分散した。次に、二酸化チタン微粒子分散液を塗布したポリエステル製メッシュ(メッシュ数50本/インチ)に電子線を200kVの加速電圧で5Mrad照射することで、二酸化チタン微粒子をシランモノマーのグラフト重合によりポリエステルメッシュ表面に結合させた抗アレルゲン性と防塵特性を有する複合部材を得た。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を、シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して3質量%とすること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を、シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して5質量%とすること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を、シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して10質量%とすること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を、シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して15質量%とすること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を、シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して20質量%とすること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を、シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して10質量%とし、さらにバインダー成分としてハードコート剤(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ、UVHC3000)を10質量%添加すること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例7において、ハードコート剤(モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ製、UVHC3000)を20質量%添加すること以外は実施例7と同様である。

実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を添シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して0.5質量%とすること以外は実施例1と同様である。
実施例1において、粉砕分散溶液中に抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を、シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子に対して30質量%とすること以外は実施例1と同様である。
メタノールに抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を実施例4と同等量(10質量%相当)となるよう加え、良く攪拌した。この希釈液をポリエステル製メッシュ(メッシュ数50本/インチ)に塗付し、電子線を200kVの加速電圧で5Mrad照射した。
メタノールに、抗アレルゲン剤としてフェノール性水酸基を持つポリマー化合物(積水化学工業株式会社製、アレルバスター)を比較例2と同等量(30質量%相当)とする以外は比較例4と同様である。
比較例5として、未処理メッシュを用いて評価を行った。
防塵性は、それぞれのサンプルを10×10cmの大きさに切り取り、JIS Z 8901に準拠した、関東ローム、ケイ砂、コットンリンタ、カーボンブラックを混合した混合ダストを満遍なく振りかけた後、重量を測定してダスト付着前後のメッシュの重量を測定して評価した。
抗アレルゲン性の評価はそれぞれのサンプルを3×3cmの大きさに切り取り、さらに細断したのち、10μg/mlのダニアレルゲンタンパク質溶液3mlのなかに浸漬した。24時間後、上澄み液のダニアレルゲン量の判定を行った。ダニアレルゲン量の判定には、ダニアレルゲン簡易検査キットであるマイティチェッカー(シントーファイン株式会社製)を使用した。

Claims (15)
- 基体と、
不飽和結合部を有するシランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子と抗アレルゲン剤とを含み前記基体の表面部に備わる無機微粒子層とを、有し、
前記無機微粒子層に含まれる前記抗アレルゲン剤の含有量が、前記シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子の含有量に対して、1質量%以上20質量%以下であり、
前記無機微粒子層内の前記無機微粒子同士が、互いのシランモノマーの不飽和結合部が化学結合することにより、前記無機微粒子層を形成するとともに、前記無機微粒層内の無機微粒子上のシランモノマーの不飽和結合部と前記基体の表面部とが化学結合することにより、前記基体と前記無機微粒子層とが固定されてなることを特徴とする抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。 - 前記化学結合は、グラフト重合であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。
- 前記グラフト重合は、放射線グラフト重合であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。
- 前記抗アレルゲン剤が、有機高分子化合物、及び、植物抽出物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つの抗アレルゲン剤であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。
- 前記無機微粒子層は、バインダー成分をさらに含み、
前記無機微粒子層に含まれる前記バインダー成分と前記抗アレルゲン剤との合計の含有量が、前記シランモノマーで被覆された無機微粒子の含有量に対して40質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。 - 前記バインダー成分は、少なくとも撥水性や撥油性を有する化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。
- 前記バインダー成分は、少なくともフッ素系化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。
- 前記基体の少なくとも表面が樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。
- 前記基体は、樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の抗アレルゲン性と防塵性を有する複合部材。
