Abstract
【解決手段】透明基板1と、透明基板1に積層された透明電極2および金属電極3と、透明電極2および金属電極3の間に介在する複数の有機発光層4と、を備える有機EL表示装置A1であって、金属電極3は、有機発光層4側に位置し、可視光を透過させることが可能な厚さとされた薄膜金属層31と、薄膜金属層31と導通し、かつ薄膜金属層31よりも有機発光層4から離間した厚膜金属層32とを含んでおり、薄膜金属層31の少なくとも一部と、厚膜金属層32の少なくとも一部との間には、可視光を吸収する可視光吸収層5が介在している。

Claims (2)
- 透明基板と、
上記透明基板に積層された透明電極および金属電極と、
上記透明電極および上記金属電極の間に介在する複数の有機発光層と、
を備える有機EL表示装置であって、
上記金属電極は、上記有機発光層側に位置し、可視光を透過させることが可能な厚さとされた薄膜金属層と、上記薄膜金属層と導通し、かつ上記薄膜金属層よりも上記有機発光層から離間した厚膜金属層とを含んでおり、
上記薄膜金属層の少なくとも一部と、上記厚膜金属層の少なくとも一部との間には、可視光を吸収する可視光吸収層が介在していることを特徴とする、有機EL発光装置。 - 上記薄膜金属層と上記厚膜金属層とは、上記透明基板の面内方向において上記複数の有機発光層とは重ならない位置にある1以上の連結部において導通している、請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
