Abstract
【解決手段】イオン交換膜の両面に触媒層が塗布され、その周囲がイオン交換膜支持フィルムで枠取りされた構造の電極膜と、電極膜の触媒層の外郭に沿って、イオン交換膜支持フィルムの一表面に貼り付けられたフレキシブル基板と、フレキシブル基板に設けられる基板回路端子と、基板回路端子に締結されコネクターと、を含んで構成され、フレキシブル基板には電気発熱体と、電気発熱体温度センサーと、電極膜温度センサーと、単位電池の抵抗を測定するための電気接点と、電圧測定のための電気接点と、が所定の配列をなして設けられ、基板回路端子 と接続されている。

Description
1.燃料電池スタックの両終端にある燃料電池スタックの締結装置や集電板部位に電気的発熱装置を設置する方法、
2.燃料電池から発生する熱をスタック自体の温度を高めるために利用することができないため、熱が放出されるのを防止するために断熱材を利用して燃料電池スタック全体を包む方法、および
3.初期燃料電池スタックから発生する電気エネルギーで冷却水を加熱し、燃料電池スタックに供給する方法、などが適用されている。

Claims (8)
- イオン交換膜の両面に触媒層が塗布され、両面の前記触媒層の周囲がイオン交換膜支持フィルムで枠取りされた構造の電極膜と、
前記電極膜の触媒層の外郭に沿って、前記イオン交換膜支持フィルムの一表面に貼り付けられたフレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板の一終端部に設けられる基板回路端子と、
前記基板回路端子に締結され、外部制御装置とシグナル交換が可能となるように連結されるコネクターと、を含んで構成され、
前記フレキシブル基板には電気発熱体と、この電気発熱体の温度を測定するための電気発熱体温度センサーと、前記電極膜の温度を測定するための電極膜温度センサーと、単位電池の抵抗を測定するための電気接点と、電圧測定のための電気接点と、が所定の配列をなして設けられ、前記基板回路端子とシグナル交換が可能となるように接続されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用知能型電極膜。 - 前記フレキシブル基板は、ポリイミド材質のポリマー絶縁フィルムで作られ、前記電極膜の触媒層の外郭ラインに沿って設けられる長方形枠部と、この長方形枠部の下端から外部側に延長される延長端部とで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用知能型電極膜。
- 前記電気発熱体は、基板回路端子と電気的に接続されるとともに、前記フレキシブル基板上の長方形枠部と延長端部の外郭ラインに沿って設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池用知能型電極膜。
- 前記電気発熱体温度センサーと電極膜温度センサーと抵抗を測定するための電気接点および電圧を測定するための電気接点とは、前記フレキシブル基板の延長端部が始まる部分に、これと平行に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池用知能型電極膜。
- 前記フレキシブル基板の延長端部に、抵抗を測定するための電気接点および電圧を測定するための電気接点を有する分岐栓が一体に追加形成され、前記延長端部は前記電極膜の一側面に位置させるとともに、前記分岐栓は前記電極膜の反対側の他側面に差し込むように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池用知能型電極膜。
- 前記フレキシブル基板の延長端部に形成された基板回路端子が、延長端部の側端部に形成され、コネクターがスライドして装着されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池用知能型電極膜。
- 前記フレキシブル基板と前記電極膜のイオン交換膜支持フィルム間の接合力補強のため、前記フレキシブル基板を含むイオン交換膜支持フィルムの表面が、フレキシブル基板固定フィルムで被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用知能型電極膜。
- 前記イオン交換膜支持フィルムとの接着力を補強するため、前記フレキシブル基板のサイズが、イオン交換膜支持フィルムと同一面積に製作されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用知能型電極膜。
