Abstract

本实用新型是一种用于燃料电池的集电板包括:板体是以印刷电路板作为该板体的基材;至少一个以上的集电线路,设置在该板体的表面上。本实用新型集电板的制作方式,乃能够依据膜电极组的形状与面积大小,来制造出对应的集电板,且兼具备容易制造且成本低廉的优点。

用于燃料电池的集电板
技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种用于燃料电池的集电板,其特别是关于一种集电板其采用印刷电路板作为制作的基材,且兼具备容易制造且成本低廉的优点。
现有技术
公知燃料电池组的构件,乃包括有阳极集电板、阴极集电板、至少一个或一个以上的膜电极组,然而这些构件必须彼此间紧密配合,如此才能够组装完成燃料电池组。因此,适用于某一型号的燃料电池组的阳极集电板与阴极集电板,其未必能够适用于其它不同型号的燃料电池组。再者,习用阳极集电板与阴极集电板的结构设计亦难以适用于结构呈广泛变化的膜电极组,尤其对于新开发的膜电极组,习用阳极集电板与阴极集电板的结构设计显然是无法适用,在如此般的情况下,也就无法进行验证这新开发的膜电极组品质的好坏,除非是再针对这新的膜电极组品质重新制造阳极集电板与阴极集电板,才可顺利进行测试。
本实用新型的设计人有鉴于公知集电板的缺失,乃亟思改良而创作出一种容易制造且成本低廉的集电板。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要目的是提供一种用于燃料电池的集电板,其采用印刷电路板作为制作的基材,且兼具备容易制造且成本低廉的优点。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种用于燃料电池的集电板,能够依据膜电极组的形状与面积大小,来制造出对应的集电板,且兼具备容易制造且成本低廉的优点。
为达成本实用新型上述目的,本实用新型提供一种用于燃料电池的集电板包括:板体是以印刷电路板作为该板体的基材;至少一个以上的集电线路,设置在该板体的表面上。
为使熟悉该项技术人士了解本实用新型的目的、特征及功效,兹通过下述具体实施例,并配合附图,对本实用新型详加说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1显示本实用新型用于燃料电池的集电板的示意图,图2显示本实用新型图1的侧面图。本实用新型的集电板1主要包括板体11以及一个或一个以上的集电线路13。本实用新型的集电板1例如可以采用印刷电路板来加以制作,例如采用铜箔印刷电路板,将铜箔印刷电路板利用印刷电路板制程来形出该些的集电线路13,所要形成出来的集电线路13其形状与面积大小,于制作时即要考量到所配合的膜电极组(图未显示)的形状与面积大小,例如配合方形形状的膜电极组,集电线路13可采行方形结构。然而,上述方形结构的集电线路13仅是属于本实用新型的其中一种实施例,本实用新型的集电线路13并不以方形结构作为局限。
集电线路13的材料采用导电材料,例如铜箔其披覆于印刷电路板的表面、金属薄片、金属箔、石墨板等等。制作集电线路13的方式可以采行下列两种方式:第一种方式是利用原先就披覆于板体11的表面的金属箔来形成出集电线路13;第二种方式是集电线路13与板体11分开制作而各为独立的单件,最后才将集电线路13压合密接至板体11的表面上。
集电线路13的结构除了可以采用上述方形结构以外,例如尚可以采用框边结构其中间区域呈中空,又例如采用网络结构、或是采用由线条组成为平面的结构等等。
本实用新型的集电板1可以是一片阳极集电板,或是一片阴极集电板,因此为了让集电线路13能够因应不同燃料的情况,本实用新型进一步在集电线路13的表面,再加以施行保护处理、防酸处理、涂布上具导电性佳的金属材质等等措施,如此则可以强化集电线路13而不受到燃料的侵蚀破坏,同时,又强化集电线路13的集电效果。
本实用新型集电板1除了具备集电功能以外,尚且在板体1设置一个或一个以上的电路组件15,请参见图3,而电路组件15例如可以是主动电子组件、被动电子组件、感测组件、集成电路组件、微控制器、定电压调节器、定电流调节器等等。再者,集电板1更进一步设置电气接口17,请参见图4,而电气接口17的具体态样可以是一个金手指、连接器、电缆线或包含一条具有连接器的电缆线。通过电气接口17,本实用新型的集电板1更增具对外界能够进行讯号传输的管道。
集电线路13可以分别形成在板体1的上表面与下表面,例如采用双面铜箔印刷电路板,来制造出双面具集电线路13的集电板1。当然,集电线路13可以形成在板体1的单个表面,例如采用单面铜箔印刷电路板,来制造出单面具集电线路13的集电板1。再者,每个集电线路13所属的区域范围以内,乃设置多个通孔(图未显示),以让燃料能够流通至对应的膜电极组。
本实用新型的集电板1能够应用在各类的燃料电池,例如应用在采用甲醇燃料的燃料电池,或是应用在采用液态燃料的燃料电池、采用气态燃料的燃料电池、采用固态燃料的燃料电池等等。
本实用新型的的集电板具备下列所述的优点以及功效显著增进之处:
1.本实用新型的集电板可以采用印刷电路板来加以制造,其制造成本低且容易制造,极具备产业上的利用价值。
2.本实用新型的集电板除具备集电功能以外,尚又整合电路组件以及电气接口,可谓是多功能的集电板。
虽然本实用新型已以具体实施例揭露如上,然其所揭露的具体实施例并非用以限定本实用新型,任何熟悉此技术者,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,其所作的更动与润饰皆属于本实用新型的范畴,本实用新型的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于燃料电池的集电板,其特征在于,包括:
一板体,是以印刷电路板作为该板体的基材;
至少一个以上的集电线路,是一导电材料且设置在该板体的表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路,是由披覆于该板体上的金属箔所制造。
3.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路,是一预先制造完成的集电线路,且再压合密接至该板体的表面上。
4.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路,分别设置在该板体的上表面与下表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路,是一网络结构的集电线路。
6.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路,是一框边结构且其中间区域为呈中空的集电线路。
7.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路,是一线条所组成为平面结构的集电线路。
8.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路的表面,经过保护及/或防酸的处理。
9.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路的表面,涂布上具导电性佳的金属材质。
10.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该集电线路所属的区域范围以内,设置多个通孔。
11.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于:该板体,是一铜箔印刷电路板。
12.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于,进一步包括:至少一个以上的电路组件,设置于该板体。
13.如权利要求1所述的集电板,其特征在于,进一步包括:一电气接口,设置于该板体。
14.如权利要求13项所述的集电板,其特征在于:该电气接口,是一金手指。
15.如权利要求13项所述的集电板,其特征在于:该电气接口,是一连接器。
16.如权利要求13项所述的集电板,其特征在于:该电气接口,是一电缆线。
17.如权利要求13项所述的集电板,其特征在于:该电气接口,包含:一条具有连接器的电缆线。
