Claims (17)
- 燃料電池スタック用の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートであって、
該統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートは、プリント回路基板を備え、
該プリント回路基板は、
集電体および電流除去領域を備える集電層であって、該電流除去領域は、該集電体から電気的に絶縁されている、集電層と、
第1の表面、第2の表面、第1の伝導性ビアおよび第2の伝導性ビアを備える第1の絶縁層と、
第1の接続サイトおよび第2の接続サイトを有する電気コンポーネントを備える電気コンポーネント層と、
第1の表面および第2の表面を備える第2の絶縁層と
を備え、
該集電層は該第1の絶縁層の該第1の表面にラミネートされており、該電気コンポーネント層は、該第1の絶縁層の該第2の表面と該第2の絶縁層の該第1の表面との間にラミネートされており、
該電気コンポーネントの該第1の接続サイトは、該第1の伝導性ビアによって該集電体に電気的に接続されており、
該電気コンポーネントの該第2の接続サイトは、該第2の伝導性ビアによって、該集電層の該電流除去領域に電気的に接続されている、統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレート。 - 前記電気コンポーネントは抵抗器である、請求項1に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレート。
- 前記集電層は、銅、ニッケルおよび金から選択される一つ以上の追加の層を備える、請求項1に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレート。
- 前記抵抗器は銅を備える、請求項2に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレート。
- 前記電気コンポーネント層は複数の電気コンポーネントを備える、請求項1に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレート。
- エンドセルと、
エンドプレートと、
請求項1に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートと
を備える、燃料電池スタックであって、
該統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートは、該エンドセルと該エンドプレートとの間に配置されており、該集電体は、該エンドセルに隣接し、かつ、電気的に接触しており、前記第2の絶縁層の前記第2の表面は該エンドプレートに隣接する、燃料電池スタック。 - 請求項1に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートを備える燃料電池スタックであって、該電気コンポーネントは、該燃料電池スタックと直列に電気的に接続されている、燃料電池スタック。
- 請求項1に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートを備える燃料電池スタックであって、該電気コンポーネントは、該燃料電池スタックと並列に電気的に接続されている、燃料電池スタック。
- プリント回路基板製造方法によって、請求項1に記載の統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートを組み立てることと、
該統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートを燃料電池スタックに組み込むことと
を包含する、燃料電池スタックを製造する方法。 - 前記電気コンポーネントは、前記燃料電池スタックのエンドセルを加熱するための抵抗加熱器である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントは、開回路中に前記燃料電池スタックの電圧を下げるための抵抗器である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントは、停止中に前記燃料電池スタックの電圧をブリードダウンするための抵抗器である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントは、前記燃料電池スタックによって生成される電流を測定するためのシャント抵抗器である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電気コンポーネントは、前記燃料電池スタックの温度を測定するための抵抗温度計である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記統合集電体および電気コンポーネントプレートは、複数の電気コンポーネントを備える、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の電気コンポーネントは、前記燃料電池スタックの物理的特性をマッピングするためにアレイに配置される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記物理的特性は、局部電流または局部温度である、請求項16に記載の方法。
