Description
Claims (10)
- 高分子電解質膜と電極を一体化した膜/電極接合体の両側に配置される端板であって、樹脂基板と集電板とガスケットにより形成され、前記樹脂基板の表面に前記膜/電極接合体と接触するように前記集電板が配置され、前記集電板の外周を囲むように前記ガスケットが配置され、前記集電板の一部に端子接続部を有し、前記端子接続部が前記膜/電極接合体と接触しない部分に設けられ、かつ前記集電板と前記端子接続部とが一体になっており、前記端子接続部が折り曲げられ、前記樹脂基板の内部を通して前記樹脂基板の側面に露出していることを特徴とする燃料電池端板。
- 請求項1において、前記樹脂基板の側面に露出するように前記端子接続部が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池端板。
- 請求項1において、前記集電板の表面が曲面になっており、この曲面になっている部分で前記膜/電極接合体と接触することを特徴とする燃料電池端板。
- 請求項1において、前記集電板と前記ガスケットと前記樹脂基板とが一体成形されていることを特徴とする燃料電池端板。
- 請求項1において、前記樹脂基板の表面に複数個の前記集電板が配置されていることを特徴とする燃料電池端板。
- 高分子電解質膜と電極を一体化した膜/電極接合体の両側に集電機能を有する端板を備えた燃料電池において、前記端板が樹脂基板とその表面に配置された集電板とガスケットとにより形成され、前記集電板が前記膜/電極接合体と接触するように設けられ、前記集電板の外周を囲むように前記ガスケットが配置され、前記集電板の一端に端子接続部を備え、前記端子接続部が前記膜/電極接合体と接触しない部分に設けられ、かつ前記集電板と前記端子接続部とが一体になっており、前記端子接続部が折り曲げられ、前記樹脂基板の内部を通して前記樹脂基板の側面に露出していることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項6において、前記樹脂基板の側面に露出するように前記端子接続部が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項6において、前記集電板の表面が曲面になっており、この曲面になっている部分で前記膜/電極接合体と接触していることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項6において、前記集電板と前記ガスケットと前記樹脂基板とが一体成形されていることを特徴とする燃料電池端板。
- 請求項6において、前記樹脂基板の表面に複数個の前記集電板が配置されていることを特徴とする燃料電池。
