Abstract
Description
1) 構造化したおよび/または粗い表面が導電体に設けられ、
2) 導電体に導電性被覆材が施され、
3) 上記工程により得られた構造化したおよび/または粗い表面を有する面を備えた電気的接続要素を、電気部品に使用し、被覆材は導電体および電気部品と堅固に接合する。
Claims (21)
- 導電体(2)と導電性被覆材(3)とを含む電気的接続要素(1)において、該導電体(2)の表面は、少なくとも一部の領域に、構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)を有することを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1に記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電性被覆材は、はんだ付け可能な材料、たとえばろう材、とくにスズを含むことを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1に記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電性被覆材は、接着剤、好ましくは伝導性接着剤を含むことを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電体(2)は、金属、とくに銅、あるいは合金、とくに銅合金からなることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)は、ギザギザあるいは浮きにより構成されることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)は、研磨により形成されることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)は、エッチングにより形成されることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)は、断面において、前記導電体(2)の、接触を目的とする領域のみに広がっていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)は、断面において、前記導電体(2)の全周囲に広がっていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電体(2)は、穴あき部材あるいはカットバンドから作られていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電体(2)は、断面と比較して、長手方向の寸法が大きく、たとえばワイヤとして設計されていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項5ないし11のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記ギザギザや浮きは、前記導電体(2)の長手方向に実質的に平行に伸びていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項6ないし11に記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記研磨の方向は、前記導電体(2)の長手方向に実質的に平行であることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項11ないし13のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電体(2)の断面は円形であることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項11ないし13のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電体(2)の断面は円形でなく、たとえば長方形であり、とくに平型ワイヤとして設計されていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項11ないし15のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記導電体(2)の前記表面には、構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)が、前記接続要素(1)の全長に渡って設けられていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項11ないし16のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)において、前記被覆材(3)は、前記接続要素(1)の全長に渡って広がっていることを特徴とする電気的接続要素。
- 請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)を載せた太陽電池(4)。
- 2つあるいはそれ以上の太陽電池(4)から構成されるソーラーモジュール(7)において、該太陽電池(4)は、請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の電気的接続要素(1)により接続されていることを特徴とするソーラーモジュール。
- a) 構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)を導電体(2)に設ける工程と、
b) 該導電体(2)に導電性被覆材(3)を施す工程と、
c) このようにして得られた前記構造化したおよび/または粗い表面(5)を有する面を備えた電気的接続要素(1)を、電気部品(4)に用い、前記被覆材(3)は前記導電体(2)および前記部品(4)と堅固な接合を形成する工程とを特徴とする電気部品、とくに太陽電池を接続する方法。 - 請求項20に記載の方法において、前記導電体(2)は、断面と比較して長手方向の寸法が大きく、たとえばワイヤ、好ましくは平型ワイヤとして設計され、その長手方向に沿って前記電気部品(4)に使用されることを特徴とする方法。
