Abstract
【解決手段】約(12)から約(16)の全体的延伸倍率を有する延伸ブロー成形容器を製造するための射出成形プリフォームであって、全体的延伸倍率はフープ延伸倍率と軸延伸倍率の積であり、フープ延伸倍率が約5.6から約6.5であり、軸延伸倍率が約2.4から約2.7であり、プリフォームは、最大直径が65mmであり、高さが容器のフィニッシュの下から200mmあり、フープ延伸倍率が5.5であり、軸延伸倍率が2.6である500ml容器用に設計された25グラム重量のプリフォームを使用して、100℃および6.2バールで測定される約650から約800mlのフリーブロー容積を有するCGPETコポリマーを備える。本発明は、また、前記プリフォームから製造した延伸ブロー成形容器にも関する。

Description
(1)全体的延伸倍率=[(容器の最大内径/プリフォームの内径)]×[容器のフィニッシュ下の高さ]/(プリフォームのフィニッシュ下の高さ)

以下の実施例は、当業者に対して、従来のPETを使用したPETボトルを軽量化するための本発明のプリフォームの設計を完全に開示し、説明するために述べるものであり、本発明を純粋に例示するよう意図され、発明者がその発明と見なすものの範囲を制限するものではない。数(例えば、量、温度など)については正確さを確保するように努力したが、何らかの誤差および偏差を考慮しなければならない。他に示していない限り、部品は部品数かける重量であり、温度は°Fまたは常温であり、圧力は大気圧またはほぼ大気圧である。
実施例4のボトルを、下記のような加速応力亀裂試験にかけた。耐加速応力亀裂試験では、変数毎に25個のサンプルをランダムに選択し、CO2の体積の4.1〜4.5まで炭酸を入れた。サンプルは、72°Fおよび50%RHで24時間保管した。次に、これらのボトルそれぞれの基部区域を、希水酸化ナトリウム(0.1%)溶液に浸漬した。次に、基部の亀裂を通した二酸化炭素の漏れ、または破局的な基部の損傷を検出するために、各ボトルを3時間にわたって慎重に検査した。炭酸の漏れまたは基部の破壊が検出された場合、この損傷ポイントまでの時間を記録する。
Claims (9)
- 約12から約16の全体的延伸倍率を有する射出成形プリフォームから製造する延伸ブロー成形容器であって、
前記全体的延伸倍率は、フープ延伸倍率と軸延伸倍率の積であり、
前記フープ延伸倍率は、約5.6から約6.5であり、
前記軸延伸倍率は、約2.4から約2.7であり、
前記プリフォームは、最大直径が65mmであり、高さが容器のフィニッシュの下から200mmあり、フープ延伸倍率が5.5であり、軸延伸倍率が2.6である500ml容器用に設計された25グラム重量のプリフォームを使用して、100℃および90psiで測定される約650から約800mlのフリーブロー容積を有するCGPETコポリマーを備える容器。 - 前記プリフォームの前記フープ延伸倍率が、約5.7から約6.5である、請求項1に記載の延伸ブロー成形容器。
- 前記CGPETコポリマーの前記フリーブロー容積が、約650から約750mlである、請求項1に記載の延伸ブロー成形容器。
- 約23から約25gのCGPETコポリマーを含み、
当該容器の容積が約450から約650mlである、請求項1に記載の延伸ブロー成形容器。 - 約12から約16の全体的延伸倍率、約2.4から約2.8のフープ延伸倍率、および約4.3から約5.5の軸延伸倍率を有するプリフォームから製造した同じ容積を有する第2の容器と比較して、少なくとも5%の重量が減少した、請求項1に記載の延伸ブロー成形容器。
- 少なくとも約10%の重量が減少した、請求項5に記載の延伸ブロー成形容器。
- 約12から約16の全体的延伸倍率を有する延伸ブロー成形容器を製造するための射出成形プリフォームであって、
前記全体的延伸倍率は、フープ延伸倍率と軸延伸倍率の積であり、
前記フープ延伸倍率は、約5.6から約6.5であり、
前記軸延伸倍率は、約2.4から約2.7であり、
