Claims (13)
- 프리폼을 일차 블로우 성형품에 연신블로우 성형하는 일차 블로우 성형공정과,상기 일차 블로우 성형품에 대해 아세트알데히드를 저감시키는 처리를 실행하는 아세트알데히드 저감공정과,이 아세트알데히드가 저감된 일차 블로우 성형품을 최종용기에 연신블로우 성형하는 최종 블로우 성형공정을 갖고,상기 일차 블로우 성형공정으로 크기가 상기 최종 용기보다 크고, 연신된 몸통부의 평균두께가 상기 최종용기의 몸통부의 평균 두께보다도 얇은 0.3㎜ 이하의 일차 블로우 성형품을 성형하고,상기 아세트알데히드 저감공정은 상기 일차 블로우 성형품의 얇은 두께의 상기 몸통부를 고온으로 가열하는 공정을 갖고,그것에 의해 내벽으로부터의 아세트알데히드의 현출량을 저감시킨 최종용기를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최종 블로우 성형공정에서는 상기 최종 용기의 몸통부의 평균 두께를 0.3㎜ 미만으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아세트알데히드 저감공정은 가열온도 140℃ 이상으로 상기 일차 블로우 성형품을 가열하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 성형방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 아세트알데히드 저감공정은 가열시간 6초 이하로 상기 일차 블로우 성형품을 가열하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아세트알데히드 저감공정에서는 상기 일차 블로우 성형품의 아세트알데히드 현출량을 0.0040㎍/㎠ 이하가 되기까지 상기 일차 블로우 성형품을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아세트알데히드 저감공정은 상기 일차 블로우 성형품과 실질적으로 같은 크기의 가열된 금형 내면에 상기 일차 블로우 성형품을 접촉시켜서 가열하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 성형방법.
- 프리폼을 일차 블로우 성형품에 연신블로우 성형하는 일차 블로우 성형공정과,상기 일차 블로우 성형품에 대해 아세트알데히드를 저감시키는 처리를 실행하는 아세트알데히드 저감공정과,이 아세트알데히드가 저감된 일차 블로우 성형품을 최종 용기에 연신블로우 성형하는 최종 블로우 성형공정을 갖고,상기 일차 블로우 성형공정에서 표면적에 대한 중량의 비율이 0.06g/㎠ 이하가 되도록 상기 일차 블로우 성형품을 성형하고,상기 아세트알데히드 저감공정에서 상기 일차 블로우 성형품의 몸통부를 고온으로 가열하고,그것에 의해 내벽에서의 아세트알데히드의 현출량을 저감시킨 최종 용기를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,65℃이하의 내용물이 충전된 비내열성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 최종 블로우 성형후에 22℃로 24시간 보관한 상태에서 아세트알데히드 현출량이 0.0020㎍/㎠ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,65℃ 이하의 내용물이 충전된 비내열성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 최종 블로우 성형후에 22℃로 24시간 보관한 상태에서 아세트알데히드 현출량이 0.0020㎍/㎠ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
