Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 分散装置(1)であって、気密に閉鎖された混合室(5)と、分散工具(2)と、混合室(5)の外側にある駆動装置(4)とが設けられており、前記分散工具(2)が、該分散工具(2)に駆動装置(4)の力を伝達するための棒状のエレメント(3)によって、混合室(5)内で中心の軸線を中心にして駆動可能である形式のものにおいて、
棒状のエレメント(3)が、混合室(5)への進入部で混合室(5)の壁部(7)の部分であるダイヤフラム(6)と結合されており、棒状のエレメント(3)が、駆動装置(4)によりすりこぎ運動可能であり、その結果、混合室(5)の内側にある棒状のエレメント(3)の端部が、円運動を行い、前記工具(2)が、歯および/または刃(12)またはこれらと同様のものを備えた外側の固定式の冠状部材(2b)と、該冠状部材(2b)に対して同軸的に配置され、同様に歯および/または刃(12)またはこれらと同様のものを備えた回転可能なエレメント(2a)とを有しており、混合室(5)内にある棒状のエレメント(3)の端部が、前記分散工具(2)に、該分散工具(2)の回転軸線に対して偏心的に作用し、棒状のエレメント(3)が、使用位置で回転可能なエレメント(2a)の切欠き(16)に係合していることを特徴とする分散装置。 - 棒状のエレメント(3)が、回転可能なエレメント(2a)の切欠き(16)にルーズに係合している、請求項1記載の分散装置。
- ダイヤフラム(6)が、該ダイヤフラム(6)の両側に配置された棒状のエレメント(3)を支持している、請求項1または2記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)が、該棒状のエレメント(3)の、駆動装置(4)寄りの端部で、駆動装置(4)の回転部材の偏心的な領域にルーズに係合している、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 駆動装置(4)が、ピン(4d)を有しており、該ピン(4d)が、駆動装置軸線と同軸的な前記ピン(4d)の横方向軸線を中心にして回転し、前記ピン(4d)に棒状のエレメント(3)の駆動装置側の端部が接触している、請求項4記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)が、ダイヤフラム(6)と一体に形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)とダイヤフラム(6)とが、棒状のエレメント(3)およびダイヤフラム(6)の材料の化学反応により結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)が、ダイヤフラム(6)と接着結合および/またはフランジ結合、または溶接結合、または緊締結合により結合されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)が、複数の部材から、好ましくはダイヤフラム(6)の両側でそれぞれ1つの部材から形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)が、直線状に形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)の、前記工具(2)寄りの端部が、棒状のエレメント(3)のために設けられた前記工具(2)の開口に遊びをもって係合している、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 前記工具(2)の回転軸線が鉛直に配置されており、棒状のエレメント(3)が、下方から上方、または上方から下方に向かって傾いて、前記工具(2)の切欠き(16)に係合している、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 前記工具(2)が、混合室(5)の内側に設けられている少なくとも1つの縁段部(11)に解離可能に載置されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 前記工具(2)の外側の固定式の冠状部材(2b)が、固定、またはクランピング、または接着、または形状接続により、混合室(5)の壁部(7)の内側に相対回転・相対移動不能に保持されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 混合室(5)に、解離可能なカバー(8)が設けられている、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 殊に混合室のカバー(8)に設けられている1つの壁部(7)に、突差し可能なダイヤフラム(13)が配置されている、請求項1から15までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 棒状のエレメント(3)を支持するダイヤフラム(6)が、突差し可能なダイヤフラムとして設けられている、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 前記工具(2)の回転可能なエレメント(2a)が、互いに解離可能な少なくとも2つの部材から成っており、該2つの部材が、使用位置で相対回転不能に結合されている、請求項1から17までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 軸線平行的な壁部(7)に、突出部、またはリブ、またはこの種の流れ分割装置(10)が、少なくとも部分的に設けられている、請求項1から18までのいずれか一項記載の分散装置。
- 流れ分割装置(10)が、前記工具(2)の少なくとも1つの領域と係合している、請求項16記載の分散装置。
- 請求項1から20までのいずれか一項記載の分散工具であって、当該分散工具のボディ(9)、および/または前記工具(2)、および/またはカバー(8)、および/または棒状のエレメント(3)、および/または使い捨ての部材であるダイヤフラム(6)が、殊にプラスチック材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、分散工具。
