Abstract
Description
フラーレンのうちの1つは、C60、C70、C76、C78、C82、C84もしくはC92など非置換フラーレンでもよく、かつ/または、別のフラーレンはエステル基を含むフラーレンなど置換フラーレンでもよい。置換フラーレンの例はC61フェニル酪酸メチル・エステル(PCBM)およびC61フェニル酪酸グリシドール・エステル(PCBG)を含む。いくつかの実施形態では、第1のフラーレンおよび第2のフラーレンが実質的に相分離できないものでもよい。
少なくとも約50℃の温度で少なくとも約5分間加熱された後の光電池の効率は、加熱される前の光電池の効率の少なくとも約50%(例えば、少なくとも約80%、少なくとも約90%)でもよい。
様々な図面において同じ参照符号は同じ要素を示す。
Claims (51)
- 第1の電極と、
第2の電極と、
該第1の電極および該第2の電極の間に配設された活性層とを備える光電池であって、
該活性層が第1のフラーレンと該第1のフラーレンと異なる第2のフラーレンとを備え、該第1のフラーレンの該第2のフラーレンに対する重量比が少なくとも約1:20である光電池。 - 前記重量比が少なくとも約1:10である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が少なくとも約1:5である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が少なくとも約1:3である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が少なくとも約1:1である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が高くても約3:1である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1のフラーレンが非置換フラーレンである請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記非置換フラーレンが、C60、C70、C76、C78、C82、C84およびC92からなる群から選択されたフラーレンを備える請求項7に記載の光電池。
- 前記第2のフラーレンが置換フラーレンである請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記置換フラーレンがエステル基を含む請求項9に記載の光電池。
- 前記置換フラーレンがPCBMまたはPCBGである請求項10に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1のフラーレンが非置換フラーレンである請求項9に記載の光電池。
- 前記非置換フラーレンが、C60、C70、C76、C78、C82、C84およびC92からなる群から選択されたフラーレンを備える請求項12に記載の光電池。
- 前記光電池が少なくとも約0.5%の効率を有する請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記光電池が少なくとも約1%の効率を有する請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記光電池が少なくとも約2%の効率を有する請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記光電池が、加熱前の第1の効率と、少なくとも約50℃の温度で少なくとも約5分間加熱した後の第2の効率とを有し、該第2の効率が該第1の効率の少なくとも約50%である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記光電池が、加熱前の第1の効率と、少なくとも約50℃の温度で少なくとも約5分間加熱した後の第2の効率とを有し、該第2の効率が該第1の効率の少なくとも約80%である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記光電池が、加熱前の第1の効率と、少なくとも約50℃の温度で少なくとも約5分間加熱した後の第2の効率とを有し、該第2の効率が該第1の効率の少なくとも約90%である請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1のフラーレンおよび前記第2のフラーレンが実質的に相分離できないものである請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記活性層が電子供与体材料をさらに備える請求項1に記載の光電池。
- 前記電子供与体材料が、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリフェニレン、ポリ(p−フェニレンビニレン)、ポリチエニルビニレン、ポリチオフェン、ポリポルフィリン、ポルフィリニック・マクロサイクル、ポリメタロシン、ポリイソチアナフタレン、ポリフタロシアニン、ディスコティック液晶ポリマー、またはそれらの誘導体を備える請求項21に記載の光電池。
- 第1の電極と、
第2の電極と、
該第1の電極および該第2の電極の間に配設された活性層とを備える光電池であって、
該光電池が、加熱前の第1の効率と、少なくとも約50℃の温度まで少なくとも約5分間加熱した後の第2の効率とを有し、該第2の効率が該第1の効率の少なくとも約50%である光電池。 - 前記活性層が、第1のフラーレンと、該第1のフラーレンと異なる第2のフラーレンとを備え、該第1のフラーレンが非置換フラーレンである請求項23に記載の光電池。
- 前記非置換フラーレンが、C60、C70、C76、C78、C82、C84およびC92からなる群から選択されたフラーレンを備える請求項24に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1のフラーレンおよび前記第2のフラーレンが実質的に相分離できないものである請求項24に記載の光電池。
- 前記活性層が、第1のフラーレンと、該第1のフラーレンと異なる第2のフラーレンとを備え、該第2のフラーレンが置換フラーレンである請求項23に記載の光電池。
- 前記置換フラーレンがエステル基を含む請求項27に記載の光電池。
- 前記置換フラーレンがPCBMまたはPCBGである請求項28に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1のフラーレンが非置換フラーレンである請求項27に記載の光電池。
- 前記非置換フラーレンが、C60、C70、C76、C78、C82、C84およびC92からなる群から選択されたフラーレンを備える請求項30に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1のフラーレンおよび前記第2のフラーレンが実質的に相分離できないものである請求項27に記載の光電池。
- 前記活性層が、第1のフラーレンと、該第1のフラーレンと異なる第2のフラーレンとを備え、該第1のフラーレンの該第2のフラーレンに対する重量比が少なくとも約1:10である請求項23に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が少なくとも約1:5である請求項33に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が少なくとも約1:3である請求項33に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が少なくとも約1:1である請求項33に記載の光電池。
- 前記重量比が高くても約3:1である請求項33に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1のフラーレンおよび前記第2のフラーレンが実質的に相分離できないものである請求項33に記載の光電池。
- 前記第1の効率が少なくとも約0.5%である請求項23に記載の光電池。

- 前記電子供与体材料が、ポリアセチレン、ポリアニリン、ポリフェニレン、ポリ(p−フェニレンビニレン)、ポリチエニルビニレン、ポリチオフェン、ポリポルフィリン、ポルフィリニック・マクロサイクル、ポリメタロシン、ポリイソチアナフタレン、ポリフタロシアニン、ディスコティック液晶ポリマー、またはそれらの誘導体を備える請求項44に記載の光電池。
- 請求項1に記載の複数の光電池を備え、該光電池のうちの少なくともいくつかが電気的に接続されているモジュール。
- 前記複数の光電池のうちの少なくともいくつかが直列に接続されている請求項46に記載のモジュール。
- 前記複数の光電池のうちの少なくともいくつかが並列に接続されている請求項46に記載のモジュール。
- 請求項23に記載の複数の光電池を備え、該光電池のうちの少なくともいくつかが電気的に接続されているモジュール。
