Claims (3)
- 入射光を電気に変換する活性層を有する光電変換装置であって、
前記活性層は、前記活性層に平行な面内の第1方向及び前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に配向している有機物を有することを特徴とする、光電変換装置。 - 前記配向性有機物は、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向を含めて互いに異なるn個の方向(nは2以上の自然数)に配向しており、
前記第1方向と前記第2方向がなす角のうち小さい方の角が180/n[°]であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の光電変換装置。 - 入射光を電気に変換する活性層を有する光電変換装置であって、
前記活性層は、配向性有機物を含むものであり、
前記活性層が、第1方向にすじ状に延びたモルフォロジー及び前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向にすじ状に延びたモルフォロジーを有することを特徴とする、光電変換装置。
