Abstract
Description
実施例1
緑茶を粉砕機を利用して強い回転力でもって粉砕し、送風機風より分離された粉末のうちから、20〜150μmサイズの粒度を有する微粉だけを選別した。次に、接着剤原料を加熱反応させて溶解させ、このとき、接着剤主材の組成は、PVAc系樹脂(オゴン(株)MPU500またはテギョン化学(株)のT−Glue102)90重量%、イソシアネート系硬化剤(メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート(MDI))10重量%であった。
前記接着剤組成物に、緑茶粉末2.5重量%(カテキン類含有量12重量%)を添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
前記接着剤組成物に、緑茶粉末5重量%(カテキン類含有量12重量%)を添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
前記接着剤組成物に、緑茶粉末5重量%(カテキン類含有量20重量%)を添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
前記接着剤組成物に、緑茶粉末10重量%(カテキン類含有量12重量%)を添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
前記接着剤組成物に、緑茶粉末10重量%(カテキン類含有量20重量%)を添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
緑茶粉末または抽出液を添加しないことを除いては、前記実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
<接着剤のTVOC濃度及び放散速度の測定>
TVOCの放散量は、ISO 6000−3、ISO 6000−6の測定法により測定し、HCHO放散量は、KSF3111有害化合物測定法により測定した。
保管安定性は、毎月一度ずつ5ヵ月間、包装されたた製品状態での粘性を肉眼で確認するか、または緑茶成分の加味された主材の粘度変化を観察して測定した。
Claims (18)
- 機能性接着剤であって、
フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物、ステロイド系化合物、またはそれらの混合物を含み、
前記化合物の分子量が250〜1,000であることを特徴とする、機能性接着剤。 - 前記フラボノイド系化合物またはポリフェノール系化合物が、アントキサンチン、アントシアニン、カテキン、タンニン、及びカフェインからなる群から選択された1以上の化合物である、請求項1に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記ステロイド系化合物が、コレステロール、サポニン、及びβ−カロチンからなる群から選択された1以上の化合物である、請求項1に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物またはステロイド系化合物が、接着剤全体重量に対し、0.01〜2重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物またはステロイド系化合物が、接着剤全体重量に対し、0.5〜2重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記フラボノイド系化合物またはステロイド系化合物が、天然植物から得られるものである、請求項1に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記天然植物が、オーク、マングローブ、マホガニー、アカシア、柿の木、栗皮、桃、リンゴ、ブドウ、柿、緑茶、紅茶、ウーロン茶、ジャスミン茶、武夷茶、鉄観音茶、峰露茶、劉備茶、酬仙茶、オゴ茶、白車、青茶、抹茶、決明子茶、タバコの葉、神仙草、ケール、コーヒー及び麦からなる群から選択された1以上である、請求項6に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物またはステロイド系化合物が、天然植物から得られる形態が植物の乾燥粉末、前記粉末の分散液、植物の薄片、植物の抽出液または前記植物抽出液の乾燥粉末状である、請求項6に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記植物の乾燥粉末または薄片が、20〜150μmサイズを有する、請求項8に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記植物の乾燥粉末または植物の薄片が、接着剤全体重量に対し、1〜10重量%添加されてなる、請求項8に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記植物の抽出物または前記粉末の分散液に使われる溶媒が、水、アルコール、オイル及び樹脂からなる群から選択される一種以上である、請求項8に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が主材及び添加剤を含み、
前記主材がポリ酢酸ビニル系、エチレンビニルアセテ−ト系、メラミン系、尿素系、フェノール系、ウレタン系、エポキシ系、アクリル系及びシリカ系の樹脂からなる群から選択される1以上の樹脂及び硬化剤を含み、
前記添加剤が、充填剤、安定剤、消泡剤、分散剤及び研ぎ剤からなる群から選択される1以上の添加剤である、請求項1に記載の機能性接着剤。 - 前記接着剤において、主材がポリ酢酸ビニル系樹脂90重量%及びイソシアネート系硬化剤(MDI)10重量%からなり、充填剤が小麦粉であり、
フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物、ステロイド系化合物またはそれらの混合物が緑茶粉末であり、
主材の含有量が81.8重量%〜96.8重量%であり、小麦粉の含有量が0.7重量%〜8.2重量%であり、
緑茶粉末の含有量が2.5重量%〜10重量%である、請求項1に記載の機能性接着剤。 - 前記機能性接着剤が、フィルム、ドア、窓、椅子、机、床、壁紙、天井材、押し入れ材及び床材からなる群から選択される1以上の基材の表面に、接着力を付与するために使われる、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の機能性接着剤。
- 請求項1〜13いずれか1項に記載の機能性接着剤が付与されたことを特徴とする建築材料。
- 乾燥された植物を粉砕した後、20〜150μmの粒径を有する微粉だけを選別する段階と、
主材樹脂を含む接着剤原料を加熱反応させて溶解させる段階と、
前記植物の粉末を充填剤と十分に混合する段階と、
前記混合された粉末を前記接着剤原料に接着剤組成物の全体重量に対し、1〜10重量%になるように添加して分散させる段階と、を含むことを特徴とする、機能性接着剤の製造方法。 - 前記微粉の代わりに、植物の抽出液、前記植物の抽出液の乾燥粉末または前記微粉の分散液を前記接着剤原料に添加する、請求項16に記載の機能性接着剤の製造方法。
- 前記植物が、オーク、マングローブ、マホガニー、アカシア、柿の木、栗皮、桃、リンゴ、ブドウ、柿、緑茶、紅茶、ウーロン茶、ジャスミン茶、武夷茶、鉄観音茶、峰露茶、劉備茶、酬仙茶、オゴ茶、白車、青茶、抹茶、決明子茶、タバコの葉、神仙草、ケール、コーヒー及び麦からなる群から選択された1以上である、請求項16に記載の機能性接着剤の製造方法。
