Abstract
Description
− 適宜少なくとも一つの炭化水素ベースの基により置換されたアルキルスルホン酸、アリールスルホン酸であって、その酸官能基が、部分的に又は完全に塩化されている当該アルキルスルホン酸、アリールスルホン酸、例えば1〜3個のC1〜C30、特にC4〜C16のアルキル基及び/又はC2〜C30、特にC4〜C16のアルケニル基により置換されたC8〜C50、一層詳細にはC8〜C30、特にC10〜C22のアルキルスルホン酸、ベンゼンスルホン酸、ナフタレンスルホン酸;
− アルキルスルホコハク酸のモノエステル又はジエステルであって、その直鎖又は分枝鎖アルキル部分が、適宜、少なくとも一つのヒドロキシル化及び/又はアルコキシル化(好ましくは、エトキシル化、プロポキシル化又はエトプロポキシル化)された直鎖又は分枝鎖C2〜C4基により置換されている当該モノエステル又はジエステル;
- リン酸エステル、一層詳細には、適宜、アルコキシル化された(エトキシル化、プロポキシル化、エトプロポキシル化された)基により置換された、少なくとも一つの、8〜40好ましくは10〜30炭素原子を含む直鎖又は分枝鎖の、飽和、不飽和又は芳香族炭化水素ベースの基を含むものから選択するリン酸エステル。その上、それらは、少なくとも一つのモノエステル化又はジエステル化リン酸エステル基を、一つ又は二つの、遊離の、又は部分的に若しくは完全に塩化された酸基を有することが可能となるように含む。好適なリン酸エステルは、リン酸と、適宜1〜4個のアルキル基により置換された、アルコキシル化(エトキシル化及び/又はプロポキシル化)モノ、ジ若しくはトリスチリルフェノールとの、又はアルコキシル化(エトキシル化及び/又はプロポキシル化)モノ、ジ若しくはトリアルキルフェノールとのモノエステル及びジエステル型;リン酸とアルコキシル化(エトキシル化及び/又はエトプロポキシル化)C8〜C30好ましくはC10〜C22アルコールとのモノエステル及びジエステル型;リン酸と非アルコキシル化C8〜C22好ましくはC10〜C22アルコールとのモノエステル及びジエステル型のものである;
− 適宜、少なくとも一つのアルコキシル化された(エトキシル化、プロポキシル化又はエトプロポキシル化された)基により置換された飽和又は芳香族アルコールから得られる硫酸エステル(硫酸官能基は、遊離の又は部分的に若しくは完全に中和された酸形態で存在する)。例として、特に、1〜8個のアルコキシル化された(エトキシル化、プロポキシル化、エトプロポキシル化された)ユニットを含むことのできる、飽和又は不飽和のC8〜C20アルコールから得られる硫酸エステル;1〜3個の飽和又は不飽和のC2〜C30炭化水素ベースの基により置換されたポリアルコキシル化フェノールから得られる硫酸エステル(アルコキシル化ユニットの数は、2〜40);ポリアルコキシル化モノ、ジ又はトリスチリルフェノールから得られる硫酸エステル(アルコキシル化ユニットの数は、2〜40で変化する)を挙げることができる。

(式中、nは、平均数8〜16である)。
これらの成分(94.9%の、ATOFINAからPPH4060の名称で販売されているアイソタクチックポリプロピレンホモポリマー、5%の親水化剤及び0.1%のIRGANOXB225熱安定剤)を、「ブラベンダー」ブランドの内部ミキサーを有するチャンバーに導入して、温度を150℃まで高めた。
ブラベンダー混練機における混合中に、有意の利点をこの準備期にもたらしうるであろう様々な物理的影響が注意された。CATAFOR FL(又は「AFL」)については、潤滑剤の効果が注意された。最終生成物(試験片)は、改変された感触を有し、柔らかく又は絹状に改質されていた。
それらは、下記の表Iに(蒸留水を用いた接触角の測定より)、試験片の野外での老化の関数として与えてある。
Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性ポリマー及び塩又は酸形態の好ましくはナトリウム塩形態のアニオン性界面活性剤から選択する親水化剤を含む組成物。
- アニオン性界面活性剤が、ナトリウムアルキルスルホネートであり、そのアルキル基が平均で6〜30炭素原子を含む直鎖又は分枝鎖である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- アニオン性界面活性剤が、下記式を有する、前記の請求項の一つに記載の組成物:
CH3−(CH2)n−CH2−SO3Na
(式中、nは、平均数8〜16である)。 - 熱可塑性ポリマーを、ポリエステル、ポリアミド又はポリオレフィン例えばポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンから選択する、前記の請求項の一つに記載の組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリプロピレンベースである、前記の請求項の一つに記載の組成物。
- 型成形するための粉末の形態、押出しされた及び/又は吹込成形された及び/又は射出成形された物体の形態、フィルム形態、又は繊維、ヤーン若しくはフィラメントの形態(適宜、織物又は不織物表面に組み立てる)である、前記の請求項の一つに記載の組成物。
- 親水化剤と熱可塑性ポリマーとの間の重量比が1/99〜10/90である、前記の請求項の一つに記載の組成物。
- 前記の請求項の一つに記載の組成物を製造する方法であって、親水化剤と熱可塑性ポリマーを溶融ブレンドする当該方法。
- 親水化剤を、熱可塑性ポリマー及び随意の他の成分例えば充填剤又は安定剤と、熱可塑性ポリマーと溶融前にブレンドすることにより、溶融した熱可塑性ポリマーに直接導入することにより、及び/又はマスターバッチによりブレンドする、前記の請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記の請求項の一つに記載の組成物に基づく繊維を含む不織物表面であって、熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリプロピレンベースである当該不織物表面。
- 赤ん坊のおむつ、女性用衛生用品又は成人用の失禁処理用品に含まれる、前記の請求項に記載の不織物表面。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載の塩又は酸形態のアニオン性界面活性剤の、熱可塑性ポリマーを含む組成物のための親水化剤としての利用。
