Description
以下の標準手順により、ポリウレタン芯材を有する一連の剛体表面サンドイッチパネルを作成した。
表2に発泡組成物Cとして記載の完全水発泡ポリイソシアヌレート(PIR)は、55℃に加熱した金属製の鋳型に置いた薄紙上にて生成させた。発泡組成物D及びEは、溶媒エチレンカーボネート及びジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)を発泡組成物D及びEが含んでなることを除き、発泡組成物Cと同様の方法で作成した。発泡組成物D及びEは、破砕性を示さず、薄紙とポリイソシアヌレート芯材との接着性に改善が見られた。しかし、発泡組成物Cを用いて作成したポリイソシアヌレート芯材は表面破砕性を示し、薄紙は10分後にポリイソシアヌレート芯材から完全にはがれた。
実施例1に記載の手順を用いて、表3に記載のように、一連の発泡芯材を、完全水性ポリウレタン(PUR)生成(発泡組成物1)及び種々の非プロトン性溶媒を混入する水発泡PUR生成(発泡組成物2〜15)から生成した。完全水発泡PUR生成(発泡組成物1)にて作成の発泡芯材は、高い表面破砕性を示した。しかし、種々の非プロトン性溶媒を利用する水発泡PUR生成にて作成の発泡芯材は、全て表面破砕性の減少を示し、発泡組成物に用いる溶媒量によっては(発泡組成物7及び8におけるように)、さらに表面破砕性の大きな減少を示すものもあった。
実施例2記載と同一の手順を用い、表4に記載のように、水及びペンタンにて発泡のPIR組成物(発泡組成物16)、非プロトン性溶媒を含む(発泡組成物17〜26)PIR組成物(NCO基数250)を含んでなる一連の発泡芯材を作成した。発泡組成物16を用いて生成したパネルは、パネル表面にひどいしわが見られ、高い表面破砕性を示した。しかし、非プロトン性溶媒を含む発泡組成物17〜26では、破砕性と、これらの生成法及び約50ミクロン厚のアルミホイル等のフレキシブル外皮で作られたパネル表面のしわの形成に低下が見られた。
従って、本発明は説明により記載された、制約のないものと理解すべきである。
Claims (20)
- 発泡ガス量の少なくとも10%がポリイソシアネート及び水又は有機酸の反応から生成した二酸化炭素であり、発泡生成混合物の全重量を基準として1〜10重量%の非プロトン性極性溶媒を含んでなる、ポリウレタン又はポリイソシアヌレート発泡組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートは、芳香族ポリイソシアネート、脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、アラリファティックポリイソシアネート、及び環状脂肪族ポリイソシアネート、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1の組成物。
- 前記非プロトン性極性溶媒は、ジアルキルスルホキシド、N,N−ジアルキルアルカノアミド、ホスホネート、テトラメチレンスルホン、1−メチル−2−ピロリジノン、トリアルキルホスフェート、アセトニトリル、有機カーボネート、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1の組成物。
- 前記ジアルキルスルホキシドは、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジエチルスルホキシド、又はジイソブチルスルホキシドである、請求項3の組成物。
- 前記N,N−ジアルキルアルカノアミドは、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド、又はN,N−ジエチルアセトアミドである、請求項3の組成物。
- 前記ホスフェートは、O,O−ジメチル、O,O−ジエチル、O,O−ジイソプロピルメチルホスホネート、又はO,O−ジ(2−クロロエチル)ビニルホスホネートである、請求項3の組成物。
- 前記トリアルキルホスフェートは、トリメチル又はトリエチルホスフェートである、請求項3の組成物。
- 前記有機カーボネートは、ジメチルカーボネート、エチレンカーボネート、又はプロピレンカーボネートである、請求項3の組成物。
- 前記ポリウレタン又はポリイソシアヌレート発泡生成反応混合物が、ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、及びポリウレタン又はポリイソシアヌレート発泡生成反応のための触媒を含んでなる、請求項1の組成物。
- 発泡ガス量の少なくとも50%がポリイソシアネートと水又は有機酸の反応から生成した二酸化炭素である、請求項1の組成物。
- 発泡ガス量の少なくとも70%がポリイソシアネートと水又は有機酸の反応から生成した二酸化炭素である、請求項1の組成物。
- 前記非プロトン性極性溶媒が、発泡生成混合物の全重量を基準として2重量%〜8重量%存在する、請求項1の組成物。
- 差分の発泡ガス量がある場合、当該差分の発泡ガスが物理的発泡剤により供給される、請求項1の組成物。
- 発泡ガスがポリイソシアネート及び水又は有機酸の反応から生成した二酸化炭素であり、全発泡ガス量の70%以下である、請求項1の組成物。
- ポリウレタン又はポリイソシアヌレート発泡生成反応混合物が、全発泡ガス量の50%以下の物理的発泡剤を含んでなる、請求項10の組成物。
- ポリウレタン又はポリイソシアヌレート発泡生成反応混合物が、全発泡ガス量の30%以下の物理的発泡剤を含んでなる、請求項11の組成物。
- 前記物理的発泡剤が、アセトン、酢酸エチル、ハロゲン化アルカン、ブタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタン、ジエチルエーテル、ペンタン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項13の組成物。
- 前記ハロゲン化アルカンが、塩化メチレン、クロロホルム、塩化エチリデン、塩化ビニリデン、モノフロロトリクロロメタン、クロロジフロロメタン、ジクロロジフロロメタン、トリクロロトリフロロエタン、ヒドロクロロフロロ炭素化合物、ヒドロフロロ炭素化合物、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項17の組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートはメチレンビス(フェニルイソシアネート)である、請求項1の組成物。
- 発泡ガス量の少なくとも30%がポリイソシアネート及び水又は有機酸の反応から生成した二酸化炭素である、請求項1の組成物。
