Claims (13)
- 消火設備(1)の配管用バルブであって、
- 加圧された消火液用の導入管(32)と、
- 消火液用の排出管(34)と、
- 前記導入管(32)と前記排出管(34)との間に配置される遮断手段(36、46)と、
- 開放位置及び閉止位置に前記遮断手段(36、46)を移動するために前記遮断手段(36、46)を操作する位置調整手段(38)であって、待機状態において、前記遮断手段(36、46)は前記閉止位置に在り、火災発生時において、消火液が前記導入管(32)から前記排出管(34)へ流動するように、前記遮断手段(36、46)を前記閉止位置から前記開放位置へ移動する位置調整手段(38)と、
を包含するバルブにおいて、
- 保守点検作業中に、消火液が前記導入管(32)から前記排出管(34)へ流動することなしに、前記位置調整手段(38)によって前記遮断手段(36、46)を閉止位置から移動することができるように、前記遮断手段(36、46)が形成されることを特徴とする、
バルブ。 - 前記遮断手段(36、46)が、ボールコック(46)から形成され、前記ボールコック(46)が、前記開放位置と前記閉止位置との間に保守点検位置を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 保守点検作業中に、前記位置調整手段(38)によってボールコック(46)を、前記閉止位置から前記保守点検位置へ移動することが出来ることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 保守点検作業中に、前記位置調整手段(38)によって前記ボールコック(46)を、少なくとも50°の角度で、好ましくは少なくとも90°の角度で移動することが出来ることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ボールコック(46)の入口開口部と出口開口部との間の角度が、5°から175°の間、好ましくは90°であることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記遮断手段(36、46)が、破裂ディスク(30)と遮断コック(36)とを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記遮断コック(36)が、ボールコック(46)又は電磁バルブ(36)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記破裂ディスク(30)は、待機状態において前記遮断コック(36)が濡れないように、前記導入管(32)と前記遮断コック(36)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 火災発生時に、前記破裂ディスク(30)が破裂するように、液圧が昇圧されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記破裂ディスク(30)は、前記遮断コック(36)が待機状態に消火液によって負荷を受けるように、前記遮断コック(36)と前記排出管(34)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記位置調整手段(38)が、油圧式、空気圧式、及び/又は電動式であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記位置調整手段(38)がサーボモーターを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記位置調整手段(38)の位置を測定するセンサー(40)が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
