Claims (8)
- 乗物変速機内の電磁気による比例的な圧力調整バルブ(1)において、
少なくとも一つの磁石部(2)と、
液圧部(3)と、
磁石部(2)と液圧部(3)との間を作用接続するバネ要素(4)と、を備え、
磁石部(2)は、少なくとも、コイル(5)と、アーマチュア(6)と、アーマチュア棒(7)とからなり、
液圧部(3)は、少なくとも、第一および第二閉鎖要素(8,9)からなり、
第一閉鎖要素(8)は、好ましくは、平面座部(10)を形成し、
第二閉鎖要素(9)は、球状座部(11)を形成し、
閉鎖要素(8,9)は、タペットロッド(12)によって、開けられ、および/または、閉められ、
第二閉鎖要素(9)は、バルブ(1)に電力が加えられていない状態で閉じられ、
重複
第二閉鎖表面(A_2)は、前記重複の二倍に対応する直径の円形表面より大きくなり、
タペットロッド(12)の直径(s)は、開口(21)の直径(b)の0.7倍より小さい、ことを特徴とするバルブ(1)。 - バルブ(1)の磁石部(2)内のバネ要素(4)は、アーマチュア棒(7)とタペットロッド(12)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1によるバルブ(1)。
- バネ要素(4)は、ピックアップ要素(20)とアーマチュア棒(7)との間に固定され、
ピックアップ要素(20)は、タペットロッド(12)上に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかによるバルブ(1)。 - バルブ(1)のp/I特徴線(16)の行程は、0barから0.2乃至0.7barまでの圧力の突発的変化(17)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかによるバルブ(1)。
- バルブ(1)のp/I特徴線(16)の行程における圧力の突発的変化(17)は、150mAから200mAの領域内にあることを特徴とする請求項4によるバルブ(1)。
- 圧力の突発的変化(17)によるp/I特徴線(16)は、連続する行程を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5によるバルブ(1)。
- p/I特徴線(16)の勾配は、圧力の突発的変化(17)の後、低いアンペア数の領域(18)で、0から4.0bar/Aとなり、中間および高いアンペア数の領域(19)で16bar/Aまでになることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれかによるバルブ(1)。
- 自動車クラッチのコントロールおよび駆動のために、請求項1乃至7のいずれかによるバルブ(1)を使用する方法。
